About: I am an animal lover with years of experience taking care of my own dogs and my friends’ many pets. I love to take long walks or sit and hang with animals if that’s what your pets need. I have had dogs in the house since I was a baby, most of which have been large high-energy dogs, so I can handle the big loud pups. My most recent pet was a high-needs senior dog, so I understand the anxiety that comes along with leaving your pet in the care of someone else. I am happy to take care of any special needs and send updates/pictures to ease your mind. I have a soft spot for seniors. In the summer I work from home on weekdays. I have some flexibility when it comes to being able to take longer breaks as long as I can get all my work time in. I have lots of flexibility during weeknights and weekends! My home: I have a great home for dogs, with lots of open space and a fenced back yard. Since I work from home, I would be able to keep an eye on your pets all day long. I have a partner who is home most weeknights and weekdays as well. We recently lost our senior dog and we would love to fill our house with wags and barks again. My old Rose passed away but I had to give her eye medication and oral medication everyday so I am comfortable with that. I also grew up with family dogs and cared for those dogs. Sam took excellent care of our 14 week old puppy. He provided updates and sent pictures, and really helped put us at ease for leaving our young pup with him. His two dogs also helped provided some extra training and fun for our pup, too! Will definitely look to rebook with Sam if schedules align.
I don’t have enough positive words to say about Rachel. We had to find a sitter last minute for fourth of July weekend and thankfully Rachel had room for my Bear. She treated him with all of the kindness and love that we, his parents, treat him with. We got daily updates of him with the other pups, enjoying homemade treats, and even a craft he made. She truly went above and beyond and we feel so lucky to have found her. Besides being an amazing sitter, she’s an amazing human- fostering and giving love to pups and cats who don’t have any. She deserves all of the best and we can’t wait to see her again.
We can’t thank Whitley, Christine, and Ollie enough for taking such great care of our pup Motley during our vacation. This was our first time using Rover, but after the meet and greet, we felt very comfortable booking the stay. We really appreciated the daily photos and video updates! We were the ones on vacation, but Motley was having a vacation of his own and it was clear he was having a great time. We will definitely book with Whitley again!
This was the first time we left our 6month old puppy and we were so nervous. We shouldn’t have been. Eriann and her puppy were wonderful and Edge had a great time. He has been missing them both since we picked him up. Highly recommended and will book with Eriann again.
Absolutely amazing experience! Meredith was very communicative. She said very good expectations for both me and my dog. Plenty of pictures and photographs were sent. And her small dog was also very sweet. The yard area is a great size and allows for plenty of room for play in a safe environment with plenty of shade. Absolutely we will book again.
It was a pleasure for both me and my girl Dolly to stay with Rhiannon and her 2 beautiful dogs. Dolly had so much fun and fit in perfectly with their "pack". It was Dolly's first time being gone overnight and being boarded and I could not have asked for a better experience for her. Rhiannon showed as much love to Dolly as she does to her own pets (including her cat). Dolly was well cared for. I felt save leaving her with this family.
We had such a great experience with Lindsay this weekend and she watched over our dog for 5 days! This was our first time using Rover so everything was new for us and for our dog Frankie. I am so happy I reached out to Lindsay! She took our booking at a late notice and was very responsive throughout the whole process and with updates/photos of our little girl. I will continue to use Lindsay in future events when she is available and no longer take Frankie to boarding. We could tell by the way our girl was acting after pick up that she very much enjoyed staying in a home more than a crowded building. 10/10 experience from us and from Frankie!
