About: My name is Ariel! I’m an attentive and responsible pet lover residing in Corktown. I am a registered nurse with an extremely flexible schedule. I have 3 years of experience with many happy, repeating Rover clients. My clients and their pets mean a lot to me! About: I've had animals in my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up with both dogs and cats as well as smaller pets like hamsters and fish, so caring for animals has always felt second nature to me. I currently live with three cats and am very comfortable with feline routines, personalities and special needs. I also have experience with small and large dogs; from growing up with a Chihuahua to caring for an American Bulldog, so I understand how different sizes and temperaments require different approaches. I am attentive, patient, and always focused on making pets feel safe, comfortable and cared for while you're away. I currently work Tuesday-Saturday in the afternoons (typically from 3:30pm-8pm with the occasional later nights). I am available in the mornings for check-ins, quality time, play time, feedings, and walks and I'm happy to help pets start their day calmly and on a schedule. I communicate clearly if my evening availability changes and always prioritize routines and consistency for the pets in my care. Safety, trust and comfort are my top priorities. I provide care in your home so pets can stay in a familiar environment, keeping their routines consistent and minimizing stress. I follow all feeding, walking and care instructions closely, maintain a clean and calm space, and pay attention to details to ensure your pets safety and well-being. About: Hello! My name is Avery ..... I have had dogs all throughout my life and plan to keep it that way! As a kid I grew up with with two beagles, a chocolate lab, a pit bull, and most recently a rescue shar pei/ lab mix. I love seeing every animals personality shine through and spoiling them with love and attention. Each one of my dogs has loved the outdoors (almost as much as me) and had lives full of adventure and exercise. I have also lived with cats and love them (through my previous roommate). I love animals of all breeds and sizes and would love the chance to meet yours! I am a current student so my schedule is semi flexible at the moment. Currently unavailable/working Tuesday evenings (although i pick up other shifts when im able). I try my best to keep my calendar updated to reflect my availability, please reach out if you have any questions! I am super active and would love to spend time outside walking with your pet if you' like and the weather allows! If not we can spend time in-doors playing.

About: I'm loving to all dogs, big and small. Others' dogs tend to gravitate towards me, which I love. I have owned two dogs, which I crate trained and potty trained. I enjoy going for walks and letting them take the lead if they know where they want to go. I also relish having them sleep with me if they want, and talking to them as though they are humans. I also have experience with older dogs who need extra loving care in their later years. Dogs are great friends! I work full-time, but am free on the weekends and nights. I have a different work schedule than typical 9-5, so can be present during the early-late morning and early evening. I live in a small apartment steps away from Wayne State and there are plenty of places to walk and play! If need be, I lay out wee-wee pads and go outside as often as I can. There is a possibility of taking the dogs to work, too. A very low key office environment. Water is always available in walks and food is replenished as needed.

About: From a young age I have enjoyed taking care of pets and watching them grow. My own dog I raised from a puppy as a kid and my cat I care for now have taught me how close to the heart pets are kept. Many friends have trusted me with their cats and dogs to ensure they receive proper guardianship while they are away from home. It is an enjoyable experience for us both I currently work from home and have plenty of flexibility for bookings. On the days that I don’t work I have open availability for bookings as well From my experience in taking care of pets, I always make sure the door to your home is kept closed and locked. When we go outside for walks I always double check the security of the leash and collar. If there are specific care instructions I make sure to review them carefully, and I will never hesitate to reach out if I am unsure about anything

About: I’ve had multiple years of experience with senior dogs, pets needing help with medication, or energetic pets requiring lots of play. I have two cats myself. I’m a musician with a flexible schedule so I can make time whenever they need me. Happy to do over nights or pop in visits. Ive found it best to try to keep animals routines and schedules as regular as possible from what they’re used to to minimize their stress.

We had border collies and Great Pyrenees and I spent many hours exploring and adventuring with them (teaching them to open doors and coral the cows and sheep!) I’m currently working as a freelance artist (pet portraits!) and yoga instructor, so my schedule is very flexible based on the needs of your pet. Whether at my home or yours I am an avid runner/walker and will take your pup for strolls around town. If they enjoy the dog park I’m also happy to incorporate some social hours in to the sitting!

I can accommodate most sitting requests if your pet can be left alone for brief periods. (If you are looking for evening care on a day marked unavailable, please feel free to get in touch, as I am often available after 5pm on those days, but the app doesn’t allow the calendar to reflect this). When your pet is in my care I treat them like they are my own. I love getting to know their quirks and if you have any specific routines for them that I can help maintain while you’re away!

About: I've been around dogs my whole life, my parents raised seeing eye dogs, and I helped with training and daily care from a young age. In my teens, I helped my mom run a small dog-boarding business out of our home, so I'm used to dogs with all kinds of temperaments and routines. Over the years, I've often been the go-to friend for dogs that need a little extra patience or understanding, whether that's a shy senior or a high-energy handful. I recently lost my own pup, and while l'm not ready for another full-time, I miss having a dog around and love being able to offer that care and attention to someone else's. I'm currently working on fixing up my very old duplex so I'm home, tinkering around most of the time, and my schedule is flexible. If you're worried about your pet being in a construction zone, not to worry! The living area is safe and segmented from anything that might be hazardous yet intriguing to your pet. I have a partially fenced yard, perfect for supervised play. Living in midtown means that there's plenty of interesting things to smell along walks. I can crate your dog if needed, and you're welcome to bring their own if that makes them most comfortable. I have quite a few house plants in my space, so please let me know if your pup is prone to chewing on them and I will move them out of the way for their visit.
