“Amazing to our girl Rosie. Never had an issue. Easy to work with and an incredible animal person. We’ll be rebooking with Nicolette as soon as we move back to the area”

About: I've been caring for my personal cat since 2018, although I grew up with cats and a dog in the house and had close relationships with them. I have a Bachelor's in Animal Behavior from the University of New England (UNE). I worked at a doggy day care for a year and since the beginning of 2025 have been walking dogs and providing other pet care services for clients. Pet care is the focus of my weekly routine. I'm available from 10am-5pm Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, and 10am-4pm Fridays, for walks, and can be available for check in visits or housesitting any time of the week. I go above and beyond to try to make sure your pet enjoys their time with me, while also following all rules and instructions you might leave me. I provide a summary of each visit as well as at least one photo, to make sure you know exactly what's going on with your pet.
“Rose was awesome! Thank you so much, Rose, for the good care of our two kitties while we were out of town. We loved seeing the updates and pictures. and we really appreciate you working with us during the holiday schedule! This was our first time using Rover and we had a great experience - thank you again!”

“Kylie did such a great job doing drop in visits for my 3 cats! She’s reliable, a great communicator, and followed instructions. I definitely recommend booking Kylie for your pet services!”

“Amanda was great. She did a meet and greet which was great. She communicated when she visited our kitty and provided pictures and a video. We would definitely use Amanda again.”

““Lyndsay was great! She was responsive, sent a ton of photos of our babies, and kept us updated throughout our trip. We don’t have the easiest five-animal household, but Lyndsay handled everything with ease. She also did a wonderful job administering medication to one of our 5-month-old kitten, which gave us extra peace of mind while we were away. We will definitely be booking with her again in the future and highly recommend her!””

“Sara is wonderful, her attention to detail, thoughtful communication is one of my favorite qualities. Tatertot was well taken care of on her drop in visits. We will rebook, when she has availability. Your pets are in good hands! I highly recommend”

“Danielle is amazing! She is highly dependable and responds in a short period of time giving us peace of mind. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a kind and reliable sitter. She has gone the extra with us and are so thankful to have her care for our baby girl.”

“Anna was so wonderful. She watched our cat while we went away for the 4th of July. She was incredibly communicative and sent wonderful pictures/updates. Would recommend Anna to anyone looking for a kind and reliable sitter!”
“Meghan has been terrific with our little old anxious dog! She has stayed with him twice and taken care of our house, filled bird feeders, etc., and she came during a holiday week (most recently) to let him out mid-day, staying long enough to play, give him treats, and take him out a 2nd time. And send a pic! Really appreciate her willingness to do this the day after Christmas!”

“Elizabeth was literally the best sitter we have ever had. She was not only so kind to me after telling her about an awful experience with a previous sitter—but she made me feel at ease! My babies loved her, and I love that she loved my babies. I wish that she wasn’t leaving my area! I’d keep her forever!! Thank you again, Elizabeth. We were both able to fully relax knowing our kitties were in safe and reliable hands 🖤 let me know when you’re back in the area!!”

“Christie was wonderful! It was so heart-warming receiving her photos of our kitty. He looked so at ease with her, and so sweet that she took the time to play with him and give him some love! Added bonus that she was previously a vet assistant, and is clearly comfortable around different animals. I’d book her again in a heartbeat!! (Kitty says so, too.)”

“Gigi was great taking care of 2 cats over 4 days. From the moment I contacted to request service, she was very communicative. The cats and home were in great condition when we returned home. Loved the pics!”

About: My first job was at Mainely Dog, a doggy daycare where I fed and entertained groups of dogs-all sizes and personalities. I’ve grown up with many dogs in my family. We also fostered and took in dogs with behavioral difficulties, even had up to 5 dogs at once so I’m used to handling multiple dogs at a time! My dream has always been to own my own business to help and love animals. I can’t wait to meet your pups! I currently work a part time job where I work 3-4 days a week from 4:30-10:30 so I am available the rest of those days and my days off. I am attentive and can keep your pets safe whether that’s in your home or outside in the yard. When out on walks, I am skilled at reading your dog and other dog’s ability to interact in a safe environment from my experience at the doggy daycare.
South Windham cat parents share their Rover experiences
Sara is without a doubt our fave cat lady! She goes above and beyond to give pets, snuggles, playtime and takes the best photos when we’re gone. She can handle any insane feeding and medicine requests and is super responsive while we’re away and even when we’re back! She has great insight due to previous medical training, even handling chemo meds and waste. We’re always super happy when she’s free and we need to get away! Thanks Sara!

Kristal was our very first hire from Rover! I am a nervous wreck over the care of our pets (one blind dog, one dog with epilepsy, one with behavioral issues), and she put my mind at ease instantly. She was responsive, friendly, and great with our (four!) animals. We would invite Kristal back to take care of our pets any time.
