About: I’ve been doing doggie sitting for approximately a decade and officially on Rover since 2021. Our teens love dogs but at this stage in our life I (mom) is not willing to get us a pet- we have lots of love to give but we want to maintain our flexibility for travel. This is what makes Rover and excellent fit for us! I am a nurse who works until approximately 3p and I alternate hospital/home work environment. Our high school aged kiddos love nothing more than coming home to play and show your doggie lots of love! We exercise every afternoon- we are a triathlete family and love staying active, thus walking and playing outdoors with your pup would be an utter joy for us. We have a single family home with fenced in spacious back yard for your pup to explore. Front yard as well and healthy and active gated community with a park/playground near by which we frequently walk to and play in. We can and will implement any needs for your pet to make him feel right at home. We have old-ish laminate flooring and we certainly dont mind the occasional accidents that come with pets exploring and adjusting to new environments. We can adjust to almost any per routine due to our flexible work schedules. We want this time apart to be as seamless as possible for your pup and his/her family. I do not currently have any pets in our home and thus our attention and care will be fully on your pup. Siblings are always welcomed together of course!

About: I just moved here from Chicago to start a position at UM! I’ve been an animal, especially dog and cat, person my entire life. Since leaving home, I’ve had to leave my puppies with my family during this transition. I miss them so dearly - I hope to find some families who have pets in need of some help. About: I’m super flexible when it comes to my schedule and will make time for any family and pet, I enjoy spending time with all animals and families. I work full time however after 6pm I am available especially to house/pet sit, I’m studying for my mcat so all pets will keep me company! Sam was really great with my 9-year-old kitty! She sent updates and photos daily, was responsive, and overall a great communicator. At one point she told me a storm was expected and that she would be with my boy when it was thundering when he gets nervous. She also made smart decisions about not letting him out into his catio when it was too hot. Sam even gave the stray kitties in the yard some love, which was really sweet. You can tell she genuinely cares about animals. Highly recommend!
Devin was amazing with our golden retriever, Honey! She was reliable, communicative, and took such great care of her while we were away. Honey was happy, loved, and clearly in excellent hands. We would absolutely trust Devin to watch her again and highly recommend her!
Morgan was nothing short of AMAZING! She stayed over for a week while we were away and not only did she take wonderful care of our fluff, but the space was super clean after she left! Our Aussie is wonderful but she isn't good with other dogs - Morgan had no problem keeping her separated from my mom's dogs while making sure to keep to her regular schedule! Long walks, plenty of play time in the backyard, and cuddles in bed were a regular part of their week together! I wouldn't hesitate to have Morgan take care of our little girl again :)
Sarah took wonderful care of our cat Leopold while we were away, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Leo was clearly very happy and well cared for when we returned. The house was spotless, and Sarah was great about communicating with us — especially when there was an issue with the garage door. She kept us informed and handled everything perfectly. Hannie is AWESOME!! She handled my pack of Dobermans with ease (no small feat by ANY means) after only one meet and greet. She took amazing care of everyone, made sure they were well-fed and handled the pack dynamics perfectly. My babies were in heaven with her (she takes the cutest pics & videos!!) and were very clearly well cared for when I got home. I am so happy to have met Hannie, and my pups are obsessed with her. As a big dog owner I’m always nervous with new sitters, but I felt immediately at ease with Hannie (and my dogs were immediately obsessed with her). I can’t even tell you how lucky we are that we found Selena to watch our sweet dolly dog!
