Bre B.

“Bre was just awesome! She did a great job taking care of my home and all my animals including 2 dobermans, a gang of fish and 23 chickens! Wonderful personality and genuine kindness and care for our animals. Lots of photos helped us stay connected. Already making plans to book again! Thank you so much!”

John M.
“John is truly wonderful with pets! He took the time to get to know each of our cats and their quirks, and does a great job playing and engaging with them. Even our shy cat who hides from all strangers is happy in John’s care. He is very attentive to details and provides plenty of updates, including some really great photos! John is very well informed about both cat and dog behavior and needs. He is very trustworthy and reliable as a house sitter as well. John will always be my first choice when I can’t be with my beloved kitties.”

Lauren F.

“Lauren was absolutely fantastic! My dogs were happy and I'm pretty sure barely missed us,Lol. Lauren sent me pictures throughout her time with my pets. She did totally great handling 2 Great Pyrenees who have 0 leash manners and aren't a heck of a lot better in the house. She kept my dog on his meds. She even got my cat to snuggle in with one of my dogs, which hasn't happened in forever. She left the house just as clean as she got it. We will definitely book Lauren again!”

Matt L.

“Matt was an excellent sitter for Max. In addition, he left my home in the same condition as when he arrived. I will not hesitate to seek his services again.”

Hope S.

“Hope was wonderful house sitting our dog and cat. She sent us photos, kept in touch, and was so good, we came home to our animals looking like they were waiting for her. She took our dog for walks and played with our cat. I can not give her a higher rating!”

Hannah L.
“Beyond superlative pet care, and being a great communicator--Hannah is one of those rare people who understands animals at a deep level. Whether it be what motivates them, what makes them anxious or relaxed, what they love--she has that sixth sense. I would trust my most beloved pet with her.”

About: When I was growing up, I was always caring for at least two dogs and cats at my family’s house. Neighbors and friends also made me their go-to dog sitter when they went away. I have loved caring for two greyhounds, four loveable slobbering hunting hounds, a giant golden who always thought he was a puppy, and one super sweet bullmastiff. Since my landlords do not allow pets, I am looking to give my attention to someone else's canine. I am comfortable with all sizes of dogs. I especially appreciate dogs that behave well on leashes and like big walks. I would like to help care for dogs in the Pioneer Valley, ideally around Amherst, Deerfield, and Northampton. If you are looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and experienced dog sitter/walker then let's talk! I look forward to meeting you and your dog(s)! Cats are cool too 👍 This winter and spring I have flexible working hours. I would love to break up the working day by visiting your pet and going for a walk. I will always provide gentle and loving care to your pets whether that’s playing outside or inside. Wherever care is given, I will always be mindful about respecting your living space

About: I have a lot of experience taking care of dogs of all sizes and ages. I have a pretty flexible schedule to meet your needs, as I do not have a job currently. I can help take your dog(s) for walks, stop by to feed them or let them out for a pee break, or I can even take them for a hike or drive to the nearest dog park! I have met so many amazing people and pups throughout the years through dog sitting/walking, and am looking forward to making more connections! I have had lots of clients in the past (40+) and was doing Rover through my mom’s account (which was made when I was under 18, and just stuck with her account since we received lots of reviews). I will include lots of photos of some of the amazing dogs I’ve watched over the years :) I am finally making my own account and hoping to gain a similar clientele. I have a 9yo black lab and a 10yo cat myself who I love more than anything, so I can assure you that your animals will be in great hands. I will take amazing care of them and give them lots of love. I look forward to meeting you! I recently graduated from UMass in May 2023. I’m from CT but will be staying in Amherst for the rest of the year, most likely. That being said, I do not have a job as of right now, so I’m looking to hopefully get some gigs on Rover!! Depending on if I get a part-time job, I will update my profile… but as of right now I am free most of the week :) During drop-in visits, I can do anything you and your pups need! I’d be more than happy to take them for a walk, take them out for a potty break, feed and play with them, or just chill with them for a bit to keep them company!

Sari S.

“Sari was a dream come true... My oh so shy Native American Indian dog loved her! And she takes a while to warm up but I think she knew Sari was a good fit. Which left me at ease. Sari was willing to do multiple meet and greets just to ease my dog's nervousness around new people, she was also communicative and brought things to my attention as needed. I highly recommend!!”

Megan F.

“Megan was the best! She was prompt, very responsible, respected our home , & loved on our sweet pup ?! Meagan communicated & sent pictures frequently throughout our trip, which we asked her to do. She cleaned up after herself, as well as our Susie. We will definitely book again!”

Lisa G.

“Lisa is great! She stayed at our house and took care of our two dogs and numerous other pets. She's very kind and responsible!”

Ana L.
“I have trusted Ana with my fur babies for about 6 years now. She began house sitting and walking them at a time when I was traveling a lot for work, and needed someone I could trust to care for them. I am so thankful to have found her. I have two dogs, a German Shepherd and French bulldog, and a cat. They all love Ana like family and are always excited when she comes to visit.”

“Kiersten was reliable and quick to send updates. This is the third time I have had her watch my fur babies and I would definitely have her again!”

Kaspar H.

“Kasper is an amazing pet sitter! He was punctual, communicative, and took great care of my home and pets. He was also super caring and sensitive to noticing any little thing that may be off with my dog Goji who can get separation anxiety- even sleeping with him downstairs the first night to ease his nerves. I will def be recommending Kasper to friends and reach out again when I need care!”

Jonathan B.
“Jonathan and my dog Moose are best friends. He has taken great care of Moose. Jonathan is a good communicator and very dependable. Moose always has the best time with him!”
