She said she enjoyed meeting Archie and that he was always near her. She was patient with a feisty, semi house trained pup from Wed. afternoon till Friday a.m. She really accommodated us at the last minute so we could get away as planned. She sent us updates and photos and reassured us that though we were leaving Archie for the first time, he was well taken care of. We will ask her to be Archie's sitter again. Thank you, Maggie!”

About: Hi there! I have two wonderful kitties and have had a dog in the past. I love both dogs and cats but especially cats! I have lived with or spent time with consistently many different temperaments of cats! They tend to like me as I don't approach them other than to let them sniff me and then let them come to me on their own terms. One of my cats, Millie, is a rambunctious, food stealing, sprinting devil who is also incredibly sweet. Her sister, Tiny Mouse loves to sit on my partner and nudge your phone out of your hand. The dog I had in the past with my ex-partner was a senior dog, so I do have experience with small, senior dogs. We did a lot of damage control as she got older with puppy pads, meds, letting her lead the way but helping her with walks, etc. I have lived with a large dog for several years in the past, as well as multiple cats. I have had to give meds to cats, dogs and I also have had rabbits! I LOVE rabbits and other small animals, both on the larger side and note. We had to give one of our bunnies meds through an injection in his neck, and I used to be a medical assistant so I can do injections for meds and give meds, etc. I work 9am-5pm with flexibility. Usually I can be somewhere by 5pm as long as I have a heads up! I can be available any time before work. The weekends I’m pretty open! Just check in with me and we can figure something out. I am super careful with dogs and always make sure I have an understanding of if they need tight leash control, can be off lease or will walk next to me! I like to understand what their routine is for walks, snacks etc. before I sit to make them as comfortable with me as possible! Cats I usually just make sure they don't get stuck in a closet somewhere (both of my cats sleep in our closets) or if they're an escape artist that they don't flee!!

About: I’ve loved animals all my life and felt a deep connection with them. They have been some of my greatest teachers. I’ve provided loving care for cats, dogs, and rabbits throughout my adult years, and each one has been an important part of my world. I’ve cared for other people’s dogs, both taking them for walks and boarding them in my home while their people were away. I operated a private rabbit sanctuary for many years, giving rabbits a life where they could do the things they love—dig, groom one another, explore, forage, and simply be rabbits. I have experience caring for senior dogs and cats, as well as rabbits at all stages of life. I’m comfortable administering vitamins and medications to dogs, cats, and rabbits, including pills, liquids, and injections, and providing the extra care sick animals may need. I enjoy all aspects of caring for animals, from feeding and attending to their everyday needs to walking and hiking with dogs, playing with them, brushing them, and simply spending time together. I take the time to get to know each animal’s personality, routines, and individual needs. My goal is to make them feel safe, comfortable, happy, and genuinely cared for while their person is away. Having hired caregivers for my own animals, I understand how important it is to truly trust the person caring for your beloved companion. I’m dependable and take commitments seriously. If I say I’ll be there for a certain amount of time or take your dog for a particular length of walk, I follow through. I have flexibility during the day and enjoy building my schedule around the animals I’m caring for. I’m able to make time for walks, feeding, play, companionship, and other care throughout the day, and I take commitments seriously. I know the feeling all to well of needing to head out of town and allowing someone into your living space. About: I have Joyfully shared my entire life with pets for 70 years now!! I speak Fluent Feline and Canine and have been a pet parent to dogs, cats, hamsters, mice, turtles and fish as a child and provided daycare for birds. I currently work a flexible schedule so I can be mostly available to walk your dogs I would just need a heads up on timing! About: I'm a lover of play, exploration, rest, and relationship building -- with human and non-human creatures alike! I have 15+ years of experience tending to dogs of all sizes and temperaments, enjoy long walks as much as they do, and particularly enjoy sending photo updates to the families I sit for. I've been told I "play with dogs like they're [my] siblings" and that I'm both "a black cat and a golden retriever in spirit" -- all this to say, I get animals, and they get me. :) I'm currently working in a university counseling center, supporting students of all ages through the transitions of their lives. This is a typical 9-5 job (with one remote day/week coming Spring 2027) -- so I'd pair well with animals that can do okay on their own during work hours. I like to learn an animal's routines and do my best to replicate them during a sit, so as not to cause any anxious critter more stress. I have a good track record for reading an animal's body language and know when to give cuddles, when to give space, and when to know something's "off" that needs more serious attention.

About: Raised in a big dog household, comfortable with all shapes and sizes. Always happy to spend time with the most genuine creatures on earth and I'm never afraid of the poop bag. During the week I like to walk early mornings before 8am and after 4pm when I get out of work. On the weekends I'm available all day long! All animals are deserving of genuine care and respect, I will treat yours like my own. While walking I know it's my responsibility to avoid dangerous situation before they happen.

About: I have experience with puppy training including friends pups and well as my own. I have worked with shy dogs, bouncing off the wall dogs, big dogs and small ones. I love walks with dogs, snuggles with them, and everything else! Your dog will always be well cared for with me! I’m currently in University, so during the week I have a schedule to work around. However I am available most evenings and I can let dogs out around lunch on Mondays and Wednesdays, and fridays I am available after one. I can do weeknight homestays since I have a car. And my weekends are available for all of the petcare! I can petsit at the clients home. I always keep things clean. I have experience with crate training and I will always follow whatever protocols the pet parent has in place. If the pet sleeps in the bed with them or isn’t allowed on furniture, whatever the pet parent requires I will take into account and follow!

About: I have a lot of experience caring for pets and love to show them the care you would expect so you can feel at ease with who is watching over your pet. I work part time and out of the home, so caring for your pet is very easy to fit into my daily schedule, both days and nights. I have a fenced in yard in a secluded area in Belchertown.
