“Colin was amazing and took very good care of our dogs over a weekend while we were out of town. He was very detailed in capturing all the information about our dogs during his first visit before we left. He captured thorough notes and asked lots of questions while getting to know the dogs and took the time to meet them and walk them multiple times before we left. While we were gone, he kept us updated every day, even if it was just a "they are doing great" text and a picture. Colin is very responsive and we will definitely be asking him to watch our dogs again!”

“Maggie did a terrific job with our 5 mo. old Westie, Archie! She came at the last minute when our original sitter did not show up. She said she enjoyed meeting Archie and that he was always near her. She was patient with a feisty, semi house trained pup from Wed. afternoon till Friday a.m. She really accommodated us at the last minute so we could get away as planned. She sent us updates and photos and reassured us that though we were leaving Archie for the first time, he was well taken care of. We will ask her to be Archie's sitter again. Thank you, Maggie!”

Bryana has been immensely helpful these past couple years in providing care for our dogs and cat, including feeding and spending time with them when my partner and I are away and when I was recovering from surgery more recently. Bryana will often take our 1.5 year old Great Pyrenees pup on hikes for hours at a time and I know I don’t have to worry about him. He always comes home tired and happy. Bryana is a great communicator, professional, timely, and an overall quality person. They are great at relationship building, with all creatures, and it shows in how our animals relate to them when they come over. Even our highly anxious pit mix cuddles up to Bryana, which is extremely rare. Highly recommend!”

About: I’ve been a veterinary assistant for a year, and I’ve pet sat for many. I’m currently studying animal science at UMass Amherst as I work to become a veterinarian. I have a very open class schedule on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, so I have plenty of free time to spend walking and caring for your dogs! I like to build trust with the pets I take care of before doing anything else. I let them sniff their sniffs and investigate anything they want before petting them or trying to put them on a leash.

“When my toy Cavapoo, Dickens, and I first met Jaclyn Parker she was a receptionist at a hair salon. I was surprised and delighted to see that she also was willing to do pet sitting and dog walking. She soon left the salon and now does pet care full time. I was so happy to see that my dog was immediately attracted to Jaclyn. Her love of animals is apparent. At my age, it is hard for me to give my dog all the exercise that he needs—I walk with a cane. I hired Jaclyn to walk Dickens twice a week- and it has been an outstanding success. When Jaclyn comes, Dickens literally squeals with delight because he is so excited to see her. Since walking in the rain is not an option for Dickens, they sometimes play ball in my family room so Dickens can work off some of his excess energy. I also hired Jaclyn to dog sit for several days to live in my house with Dickens during the 2024 Christmas holiday so that I could have a visit with family. It was comforting to have someone who loves my dog as I do, stay in my house with him—someone I trust completely. I recommend Jaclyn whole heartedly She always comes when she is supposed to, texts me if she is running late and is totally reliable. She is a genuinely nice person and anyone who hires her is getting a gem.”

She is attentive, generous with her time, aware of their needs, and very in tune with small changes in their behavior. Although I don't have any pets at this time (I have had both cats and dogs in the past) I always want to spend time with Eleanor's pets because they're well taken care of, and in great spirits. She treats her animals extremely well. If I had pets, I would want Eleanor to watch them when I was away!”
