About: While I'm new to Rover, I’ve taken care of animals my whole life. I am passionate about offering the type of pet care I would want for my own animals. In addition to helping to care for my own pets, I volunteer at the local animal shelter weekly. I’ve worked for a dog trainer and ran the daycare there, where I worked with dogs of many different breeds, sizes, and various temperaments. My focus was ensuring productive and safe play for all daycare participants. I am a runner and hiker in my free time, and I am happily able to fulfill your high-energy dog's needs. I have experience working with fearful and reactive dogs and enjoy the process of allowing animals to open-up and trust on their own terms. I have the most experience with dogs, but I have recently adopted a cat and have quickly fallen in love with caring for him! I don't discriminate and would love to check in on any animals while you're away. My schedule is pretty flexible. I will work with you to make sure I can be available when your pets needs and plan the rest of my schedule around it. I try to care for your pets in your home just as you do. Each animal is different and I want to make the time you’re gone as stress-free and fun as possible! I use Rover for my own pets, and i know how stressful leaving your pets with someone can be. I will provide excellent care and daily updates.

About: I've lived with and cared for dogs for many years of my adult life. I've regularly taken my friends and housemates dogs for runs, hikes, and even watched them for weekends at a time. I enjoy the company of dogs and have a natural affinity for them. I have flexible availability due to working part time from home. I live with my partner in a house that we have all to ourselves, close to many fun hiking and nature spots for dogs to enjoy! About: I have experience with dogs of all sizes and temperaments, same goes for cats. I grew up with multiple dogs, cats, a tortoise, and several rabbits. I work part time for the Recreation department as an After School Group Leader. Any time outside of 2pm-6pm on weekdays I can be there for your pet! I have been pet sitting independently for several years now, caring for anywhere between 3-7 cats at once and multiple dogs as well. My time management and customer (or fur baby) service is unmatched.

About: I’ve always lived with and cared for animals. During my childhood, my family rescued and cared for stray dogs and cats. In 2016 I adopted my poodle Pepper who was rescued after 6 years in a puppy mill. She was frightened and confused, but she soon learned to love long walks and affection. About: I’ve taken care of pets from a young age. I’ve had many dogs of my own and taken care of litters. From coworkers needing a helping hand to neighbors taking a vacation I’ve seen it all. I have a part time job that’s very fluent with hours so I will have tons of time to take care of and even just hangout your pets. About: I have been taking care of animals for as long as I can remember. Walking, feeding, and bathing both dogs and cats. I consider my pets family members! All of my babies are rescues. I have trained my dog through the GoodPup app and he knows the commands sit, stay, lay down, up, paw, leave it, heal, touch, and find it. All my pets are given enrichment activities throughout the day. They’re also stimulated with play/exercise. I know dog and cat body language. I have worked with dogs that have seizure disorders and know how to administer medication to both cats and dogs. I’m work Monday to Friday with my weekends free and open. My work schedule is Monday-Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm. I can take dogs for long walks, stimulate them through play, or with enrichment activities. I can administer medication if needed. For cats I can clean the litter box and stimulate them through play or enrichment activities. I can administer medication if needed. Pet safety is my first priority. I believe knowing pet body language is so important because that’s how they communicate their needs. I will care for your love ones as if they were my own! She said she enjoyed meeting Archie and that he was always near her. She was patient with a feisty, semi house trained pup from Wed. afternoon till Friday a.m. She really accommodated us at the last minute so we could get away as planned. She sent us updates and photos and reassured us that though we were leaving Archie for the first time, he was well taken care of. We will ask her to be Archie's sitter again. Thank you, Maggie!”

About: Experienced pet-sitter with a widely flexible schedule available for any needs you may have for your pet! On top of pet-sitting and day trip/walking experience I have experience as an assistant groomer from working for The Green Groomer in Northampton, MA which you are welcome to get in touch with as a reference. I also worked at a Dog Daycare in the Boston area before moving to Western MA, where I was involved with many responsibilities surrounding the pups including providing their meals, pick-ups/drop-offs, de-escalation of conflict, and general moderation of behavior. Working in this field has granted me the opportunity to work with dogs of all temperaments, ages, and sizes and has taught me how to interact with pups from all walks of life. On top of that I have experience with bathing, nails, and ear cleanings from my time at the Green Groomer. My schedule is extremely flexible, with open availability during the week before 3PM, making check-ins during the work day hassle free, and my shift never getting out later than 10:30PM, so overnight boardings are still not a problem during my work week. I also have Friday-Sundays off so long weekend boardings are always an option. Please let me know in advance of any house rules for your pup (i.e furniture rules, dietary restrictions, routine scheduling) and I will be sure to follow them with the same consistency you would. In regards to boarding with me they would be boarded in a pet-free, smoke-free, child-free condo with a large unfenced yard in the back for leashed outings when needed!

About: Our family dog just moved out with my daughter, so my grandpuppy 😂. Thankfully he comes to visit a few times a week when my daughter has to work in town. Most of my photos are of him, truly spoiled & loved. I’ve cared for animals most of my life. I’m available for walking, boarding, or checking in daily while you’re at work to feed or let out. Flexible availability, reliable and kind. I have very flexible availability for boarding, house sitting and checking in and walking. About: I've lived with two reactive dogs and a dog trainer, so I know what patient, loving, pet centric care looks and feels like. I introduce myself to new animals slowly and allow them enough time and space to warm up to me. When my friend's allow it, I do basic training with their dogs. I know that many dogs appreciate the mental stimulation of learning, alongside time outside to sniff, exercise and explore. I often work from home so your pup or pet will have some company during the day. I often work from home so your pet will have some company during the day. That also means I can stay in your home while you're away and not worry too much about my commute. I prefer to stay at your home and allow your pet the comfort of being in their familiar space.
