“Aly was fantastic with our two cats! She was always timely and kept us updated with great communication. We came home to happy cats and would definitely book with her again.”

“Before making a short story long, suffice it to say that what follows is the highest possible praise for the wonderful Julia! Julia stepped up when my husband and I needed help at relatively short notice. She took wonderful care of our two quirky cats over the holidays -- all the basics were taken care of, of course, food, water, litter box, and she also gave them solid company, petting, and playtime on a drop-in basis each day. When our food monsters got into something they weren't supposed to, Julia acted quickly to ensure they were safe and healthy and secured the troublesome items out of their reach. Julia's communication was clear and consistent, and she sent very cute pictures to keep us informed and entertained while we were away. We are so happy to have found such a lovely, thoughtful, and capable person to take care of our cats when we have to travel. We will absolutely reach out to Julia again next time we leave town.”

“Iví was incredibly kind and communicative, and their deep love for animals was clear from the start. I truly appreciated their warmth and responsiveness, and I look forward to booking together in the future!”

“So happy I found Daniel because I know June is getting all kinds of love, attention and mental and physical exercise. He’s a real pro and clearly loves what he does.”

“Maggie is a natural with animals. She’s calm and confident around them and people too. Our Merry can be shy but she was fine with Maggie right away. Maggie is polite, presents herself well, and always on time, with a good attitude! We will use her again.”

About: My name is Rosa, and I have years of experience living with - and caring for - dogs and cats. Currently, I live with two wondrous cats: Wallula (5 years old) and Feygele (8 months old). I believe every creature has a unique personality and story that continues to unfold with each day. I find it an absolute delight and privilege to get to know your beloved creatures' personalities - their likes and dislikes, their curiosities and opinions, their daily rituals - and to support them in feeling safe and cared for while you are away. I am an educator working in adult education during the academic year (September through May). During the academic year, I have the most flexibility for drop-in visits Friday-Monday throughout the day. That said, Tuesday-Thursday I am available before 8:30am and after 3:30pm for drop-in visits. June-August I have more availability. I would love to spend my time caring for your beloveds! I am unable to board pets at my home but I love doing drop-ins and will always treat your space respectfully and your pets' safety and well-being is number one priority.
“Kylee was attentive, on time and took great care of my cat. She was also understanding and flexible when my key didn't work for the door. I will definitely book her again, thank you!”

About: I am a speech-language pathologist in Greenfield, MA and love working with animals on the side when possible. I started dogsitting down in Rhode Island in 2014 while I was in graduate school. I've also grown up with dogs in my life (a black lab/german shepard mix and a yellow lab). I have some experience with puppy training and enjoy going on walks with and exercising dogs. Why I love dog sitting I have been a dog lover since I can remember. I've grown up having a dog. My first dog was a black lab/German Shepard mix named Pretina. I would play with her, take her on walks, go hiking with her, and many more activities. My second family dog, Piper, was a yellow lab who I had since she was a puppy. I helped in her puppy training and have enjoyed all the previously mentioned activities with her as well. Many of my friends and extended family have also had dogs which I've enjoyed playing with and caring for. During my undergrad career, I petsat for my professor's yellow lab and thoroughly enjoyed caring for him when I was so far from my own dog. My experience administering medication I am comfortable administering medication, though I would like to be shown how to administer it and practice with the owner before sitting for the dog. I have some experience administering insulin shots to a cat. I work in schools, so I am generally available before 8am and after 3pm on weekdays during the school year. During school breaks and summer, I have more availability. I care for your dogs following client preferences. I will let dogs out into a fenced in back yard, crate when left alone at home, keep on leash for walks, etc. as indicated by owners. In general, I would default to keeping dogs on leash during walks and not letting them out on their own unless the yard is fenced in.
“Natalie was great! Communicated with us throughout, sent lots of pictures, and wrote thoughtful, entertaining updates for each visit. We hope Natalie will be available next time our cats need a sitter!”

“Danielle did a fabulous job taking very good care of our two cats. She was kind and professional in all communications and exhibited thoughtful responsibility, going above and beyond for our kitties.”

Greenfield cat parents share their Rover experiences
Ivi was great. They were very communicative with me and attentive to my two cats. My very shy kitty even came out and interacted a bit with Ivi - which I think is a clear indication of Ivi's gentleness and kind efforts with her. It was very nice knowing both my girls were in good hands with Ivi!

Rayna came in on short notice to take care of my two quirky young cats, one of whom needs medicine three times a day. She never missed a dose – – even through a snowstorm – – and sent regular reports with photos so that I knew the boys were happy and well. She’s professional, conscientious, flexible, and really easy to work with. My boys and I happily recommend her.
