Wood trails are great for walks and I always keep a close eye to make sure your pet is not getting into any mischief! I exercise the utmost caution when walking on the street, keeping alert for traffic or any other hazards. I carefully assess dogs we may meet on the street to ensure safety and distance if necessary, with skills I’ve learned working at a doggy daycare. I care for dogs in a reassuring, calm way, with lots of praise and patience. I have a good eye for ticks and I am always finding them, but your dog should be treated for this, too. Your best friend is in good hands with me!

About: I have years of experience caring for dogs, cats, and small mammals. I have a wide breadth of behavioral knowledge for pets of all kinds. I've been fascinated with animals, both scientifically and emotionally, since I was young I have a lot of free time currently, so I can help out on somewhat short notice. Transportation may be an obstacle, as I do not have a car, but I am capable of walking, biking, and using the PVTA bus lines. In a client's home I would abide by their instructions and assess the personality of the pet/pets to ensure their good health and happiness. I would be happy to exercise a more athletic dog, with their owner's permission. I am a hiker and have been to several of the recreational parks near me, for instance.
