“Casey was absolutely amazing - we highly recommend her! Our dog suddenly developed diarrhea the day before we were scheduled to fly across the country for a work conference + short vacation weekend. We hoped it would get better soon, but he was still sick the day we left. Casey was amazingly upbeat about being stuck with a sick dog, she cleaned up some messes that I'm horrified she had to deal with, and she started our dog on some antibiotics, which luckily helped with the diarrhea by the second day. We talked with Casey about whether one of us should return home early from our trip, but she assured us that everything was under control, and we trusted her to let us know if Soren became more sick (he was acting fine aside from the diarrhea) or if it reached a point she couldn't handle things. In short, thanks to Casey, we were able to enjoy our trip as planned. Casey was great about providing updates and we felt very comfortable having Casey stay in our house. This is the first time we've had an in-home sitter (other than my mom), and everything went as well or better than hoped for.”

He cared for both of our large dogs with ease, and it was very nice to know they were comfortably at our home during our vacation with Ryan taking good care of them, as opposed to boarding them in a kennel. It is obvious he loves dogs and ours took to him quickly. He was attentive to them and we were confident they were in great hands while we were away. I would highly recommend him!”

About: I have over two years of experience volunteering at local animal shelters, where I have worked with dogs and cats with all types of personalities. I also have had family pets ever since I can remember! I enjoy training dogs and would love to work on your dogs' leash skills or simple commands while checking in on/walking them. I currently work full-time often on weekdays and a few hours on weekends, but I’d love to check in on your pet on weekday afternoons or select times on weekends; please reach out to check what hours I’m free! Other than walks, I am currently only available to do drop-in visits. I would ensure that your pet/s have clean water, food, potty breaks, and plenty of attention. I understand just how important exercise and play is, so I will be sure to take the time to get some of their playful energy out! I would love to get to know you and your pet and provide quality care that will never leave you questioning their comfort or safety.

“I would rebook Karen in a heartbeat! Between the time that Karen met our dogs and when she came to sit with them, one of our two dogs needed medication for an ear infection and a recent endoscopy as well as needed to wear a cone to protect a hot spot on his neck. She took the change in stride and was extremely diligent with his care and with making sure his sister didn't play too rough with him. Her messages about how breakfast, dinner and walking went with our dogs made us feel confident that they were in excellent hands. We can't thank Karen about for her flexibility and the care she gave our dogs!”

“Ethan was great with Scooby! We have a doggy camera and checked in throughout the day and they were playing and having fun. Ethan also provided some updates with pictures through the day which we appreciated. Scooby felt comfortable and safe enough to take a nap next to him, even being his first time together. Definitely will have him watch Scooby again!”
