She was prompt and reliable with both her arrival and departure, and was also very flexible when a change in our schedule meant we needed to shift her arrival time to a couple of hours later and her departure a couple of hours earlier. Our pets took to her immediately. Even our shy cat, who typically wants nothing to do with strangers, welcomed Stephanie during the meet and greet and actually let Stephanie pet her, which says a lot! Throughout our trip, Stephanie sent us a thoughtful update each day along with some fantastic photos of our pets. I leave very detailed instructions for our pet sitters, and several things Stephanie mentioned during her stay made it obvious that she had read everything thoroughly and was paying close attention to our pets' routines and needs. We've had other sitters where we felt the need to check in more frequently, but Stephanie's communication and attention to detail made us feel completely confident that everything was being taken care of, so we were able to relax and enjoy our time away. When we returned, our home was incredibly tidy. The bed linens had been freshly changed, the litter box was clean, the yard had been cleaned up, and she had even taken care of the messes around our particularly messy eater's food area. It honestly felt like we'd never left. Most importantly, our pets were happy to see us when we got home but showed absolutely no signs of stress from our being away. They were relaxed, happy, and clearly very well cared for. We loved having Stephanie stay with our pets and couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will absolutely book with her again in the future and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, attentive, and genuinely caring sitter!
Angela did an amazing job watching my dog Milo and made me feel so comfortable while I was away. She sent regular updates and photos, kept me in the loop the whole time, and clearly cared so much about him. I even came home to an extra clean apartment, which was incredibly thoughtful. Linque did such an amazing job with Rodney. She was very responsive and respectful to us and our home. She did things we didn’t even expect! She was very interactive with him and kept him busy along with taking him on many walks. She is nice and funny as well which is always a good plus. This is the second time Stephanie house sat for our Spaniel and we will definitely use her again! Our spaniel is a little older now and has some long term side effects from a spine surgery so he needs a little extra attention and we didn’t think he would do great in a boarding environment again. Stephanie arrived on time, took great care of our buddy, sent regular photos and updates, as well as left the house in great shape. Most importantly for us, we did not worry about our pup’s care during her stay! We highly recommend Stephanie for caring for your pups.
This was our second time using Raniyah. She is so kind, gentle, and patient with our scaredy-cat dog and provides lots of playtime for the kitties. Heather gave excellent service. I was so nervous about boarding my dogs. They have been with no one else but me since they were babies. They are 11 years old. She make sure that she sent me pictures dessert show that my babies were okay and having a good time. I did a weekend test with her because I'm going out of town for a week and I needed someone to take care of my babies. As long as I have dogs and I need somebody to take care of them I will contact her immediately. If I could go higher than a five star she would get it. Chelsea was wonderful. She was attentive, spending lots of quality time with our dogs and going above and beyond to help our younger one expend his energy. We were grateful that Breanna was available on short notice and provided caring daytime attention for our pets and took care of our home. Everything was in good shape when we returned. However, she didn’t stay overnight as expected for a house-sitting booking. While our pets were fine, I’d recommend confirming expectations around overnight stays if that’s important for your booking. We’d still consider her for drop-in visits in the future.
