“I really wanted to keep Brianna, but she communicates well when securing the job but her communication is hit or miss when sitting. Also, the last visit she was late and I asked for her to modify the visit to a drop in since she came late even after me asking for a cancelation. I still have not gotten half of my money back even after contacting Rover, which Brianna has nothing to do with. She was great with my pet and I appreciate that, but as a traveling fur mommy, communication is non negotiable and I still want my refund from Rover.”

I know every pet has their own personality and routine, so I’ll make sure to follow your instructions closely and help your pet feel safe and comfortable. I also understand how reassuring it is to know your pet is doing well while you’re gone. I’m happy to provide regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pet is being well cared for. My goal is for you to come home to a happy pet and feel confident choosing me again! I currently work full-time, but I still have a pretty open schedule, especially on Mondays, Fridays, & Saturdays. I am also free most of the time after 5 pm on Tuesdays-Thursdays. I am always willing to try to make my schedule work to take care of your pet when you need! I will take care of your pets' needs as you request. I do not take this job lightly. As someone who has had pets my whole life, I know how important they are to us. That is why I will treat your pets like they were my own. Whatever you need from me to make this happen, I will do my best to make it happen so your pet can be safe, healthy, and in a good environment!

“Stephanie was absolutely fantastic, and we would happily book with her again! Her communication was stellar from beginning to end. She was prompt and reliable with both her arrival and departure, and was also very flexible when a change in our schedule meant we needed to shift her arrival time to a couple of hours later and her departure a couple of hours earlier. Our pets took to her immediately. Even our shy cat, who typically wants nothing to do with strangers, welcomed Stephanie during the meet and greet and actually let Stephanie pet her, which says a lot! Throughout our trip, Stephanie sent us a thoughtful update each day along with some fantastic photos of our pets. I leave very detailed instructions for our pet sitters, and several things Stephanie mentioned during her stay made it obvious that she had read everything thoroughly and was paying close attention to our pets' routines and needs. We've had other sitters where we felt the need to check in more frequently, but Stephanie's communication and attention to detail made us feel completely confident that everything was being taken care of, so we were able to relax and enjoy our time away. When we returned, our home was incredibly tidy. The bed linens had been freshly changed, the litter box was clean, the yard had been cleaned up, and she had even taken care of the messes around our particularly messy eater's food area. It honestly felt like we'd never left. Most importantly, our pets were happy to see us when we got home but showed absolutely no signs of stress from our being away. They were relaxed, happy, and clearly very well cared for. We loved having Stephanie stay with our pets and couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will absolutely book with her again in the future and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, attentive, and genuinely caring sitter!”

“Lauren was very communicative with my Maltipoo, Blaise. I requested she stay in my home because Blaise has high anxiety levels when boarded. Blaise immediately took to Lauren from the initial meeting. She allowed him to cuddle with her and followed the directive’s I left. If she had to run out, she didn’t leave him unattended for more than three hours at a time. She even took Blaise out for walks. She was very respectful of my home and left it in neat condition and emptied any trash she had accumulated. I definitely will continue to request her because Blaise was very happy with Lauren.
