About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a child, whether it was family dogs, or for dog sitting jobs. People have relied on me to walk, feed and take care of their fur babies when needed. “From the very first day Jessica displayed an exemplary level of trust, care and individual attention with our two cats. My husband and I have done some traveling over the past year. The most stressful aspects by far have been finding a pet sitter for our two cats and being able to trust the sitter to carry out the somewhat nuanced aspects of care they require. If you are anything like us, you view your furry loved ones as nuanced snowflakes which can lead to constant worrying about whether the individual watching them really cares for them the way that you do. My experience with caring and taking care of those different types of animals has allowed me to understand how to treat and care for them in the best way. She sends regular updates and lots of wonderful photos, which always help put our minds at ease while we're away. Seeing our fur babies happy, comfortable, and well cared for means so much to us. One thing that really stood out to us was what happened when she wasn't available for a previous booking. Rather than simply declining, she introduced us to her sister, Natalie, who is also a Rover sitter. Because we'd had a bad experience with another sitter in the past, Jessica went out of her way to personally come to the meet and greet with Natalie to help everyone feel comfortable and make the transition smooth.
