While we are not there to see how she interacts with our dogs and cat, they seem relaxed when we arrive home which was never the case if we left before having a sitter. Today, while the sit was close to ended (or maybe already had ended), our home lost power and Sam STAYED with them and made decisions for their safety while we were not easily reachable. Thankfully it only lasted an hour but I appreciate her not quickly leaving knowing how dangerous that can be during GA summers. Sam also takes the BEST pet pictures while we're gone. “From the very first day Jessica displayed an exemplary level of trust, care and individual attention with our two cats. My husband and I have done some traveling over the past year. The most stressful aspects by far have been finding a pet sitter for our two cats and being able to trust the sitter to carry out the somewhat nuanced aspects of care they require. If you are anything like us, you view your furry loved ones as nuanced snowflakes which can lead to constant worrying about whether the individual watching them really cares for them the way that you do. Jessica’s adherence to instructions and open communication allowed us to relax and know our cats were in good hands from the very first day. When we returned home after about 10 days it was like our cats didn’t even realize we were gone, which while somewhat annoying to us(🤭), was such an incredible sign! “Lori did a wonderful job caring for our two dogs while we were away. One of our dogs, Daisy, is easily anxious, and Lori spent plenty of time with both pups and was there to comfort Daisy when a power flicker upset her. Our senior dog, Chico, requires insulin injections twice a day on a strict schedule, so having someone we can trust to manage his care is extremely important to us. Lori sent us documentation each time she gave Chico his insulin, along with regular updates on the dogs throughout her stay. Those updates gave us tremendous peace of mind and allowed us to relax and enjoy our time away knowing our pups were being well cared for. We came home to two happy, well-cared-for dogs and would absolutely be happy to have Lori stay with them again”

Also, the last visit she was late and I asked for her to modify the visit to a drop in since she came late even after me asking for a cancelation. I still have not gotten half of my money back even after contacting Rover, which Brianna has nothing to do with. She was great with my pet and I appreciate that, but as a traveling fur mommy, communication is non negotiable and I still want my refund from Rover.”
