“The best! Kory came last minute after I couldn't find anyone else. Dogs loved the drop in a little too much, but Kory was able to handle it. 10/10 would recommend and I'm booking more visit for the upcoming week.”
About: I have years of experience caring for a wide variety of dog breeds, as well as cats. From high-energy playtime and daily walks to providing the gentle, attentive care that senior dogs need, I know how to keep pets safe, happy, and comfortable. Neighbors, friends, and family have always trusted me to feed, walk, and look after their furry family members. I maintain a flexible part-time routine, which gives me plenty of dedicated time to focus on your pets! I am fully available for weekend boarding, and on weekdays, I am ready to step in for walks, playtime, and companionship anytime. Because my schedule is highly predictable, you can count on consistent routines and timely updates for your furry family members. Keeping pets safe and comfortable matters most here. A spacious, completely enclosed yard offers plenty of room for supervised outdoor activity. The household runs quietly, adjusting smoothly to each pet’s habits. Crating happens when preferred by the pet or requested by you. Every detail, including feeding schedules, medications, and special directions, is followed exactly as given.
“Leylah was truly the best decision for our dogs! They were so kind, thoughtful and loved on them the same way we do! She allowed us to be able to enjoy our time away and feel at peace knowing that they were so well taken care of! Will 1000% use Leylah in the future!!!”

“Abigail is FANTASTIC. She’s so attentive to our pets and extremely communicative. She’s considerate and always a pleasure to work with. She makes sure the environment is clean and well cared for too so we come home to a clean house. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! She’s our go to to rebook!”

About: I am a dog owner and have always had dogs in my home. I love how loyal they are and enjoy their company. I would love to host your dog and give them somewhere fun and loving to stay where you don’t have to worry about them. I’m currently working hybrid so Friday-Monday I’ll be able to keep an eye on your pup and play all day. I am also available in the evening Tuesday-Thursday. I have a fenced yard so your babies can enjoy lots of outside time without the restriction of a leash. I also have a dog of my own who will be a great companion. We go on two walks a day and would love to have a friend to go along with us.

About: I’ve been pet/house sitting for the last couple of years. The most animals I’ve worked with at one time is 4. I’m great with a schedule if your pet needs it. I love all pets and I can’t wait to get to know yours! I’m available most of the time I’m not working right now so the only time I won’t be free are for personal matters. I am looking for new work so this may change. I have worked with both larger and smaller dogs. If they are still working in training I can continue to work with them on what they know. I have helped train in the past but I haven’t done any primary training myself.
“Estefania gives us so much peace of mind when we are out of town! Our dog loves her so much! She sends so many great videos and pictures, goes above and beyond to make sure our dog is comfortable and happy, and treats him like her own pet! Thank you so much!!!! Highly recommend!!!”

About: Hello and welcome! I'm Heather, but I go by Xel (pronounced •zel•) and it's nice to meet you! I have owned more dogs and cats (as well as a ferret, lizard, fish, and a spider and have handled various others) than I can count through the years (I'm almost 40 and we've had a LOT!). Everything from domestic shorthair to Bengal-mix and Schnauzers to German Shepherds. I have house-sat for both friends and family for many years (short and extended!) and I have administered medicine in pill form, as well as inhaler (would be willing to learn injections if necessary). Our oldest cats have lived 18 years, and I currently own four cats (all rescues, aged 2 to 16). Our oldest dogs have lived 15+ I believe, but it's been a long time since owning one (my parents are disabled). I have done a bit of training with dogs and cats alike, but I am not a professional. I'm HIGHLY flexible, so if you would like to know more, feel free to reach out! If you've made it this far, have a lovely day! ♡ I'm available at a moments' notice the majority of the time! This includes overnights, emergencies, and short/extended stays. As long as there is clear communication, I'll do my best to aid in any situation, even if it's within the hour! ♡ For our own cats, our oldest, Max, has to be fed separately from the others, as he needs a higher calorie diet than the others. All of the cats are treated with flea medication and I clean multiple litter boxes several times a week. For friends and family, I have had feeding schedules for both dogs and cats, ranging from custom mixed and weighed portions to simply making sure the auto-feeders/fountains are kept clean and filled. My best friend's dog gets playtime and outside time (he has a runner and a ton of toys to play fetch with). My Aunt's cat would need constant watch, as he needed an inhaler if he walked too far or his anxiety flared. I'm also open to doing light chores, so feel free to reach out with any and all questions! Thank you for your consideration! ♡

I have a dog and a cat of my own at home so I would not feel comfortable bring another animal here but im always willing to go to your home and take care of yours!
About: I’ve always had all types of animals since I was a kid. My own, friends and family, I’ve been able to handle all types of dogs. I can bathe, walk, love and care for your fur babies. I work from home so I have all the time in the world to give your fur babies all the love and attention they need. I would like for you to tell me how to make your animals the most comfortable away from home. My dogs at home are free feed but I am able to feed on schedule and anything you need really. I have a 2 pound Chihuahua who is 11 years old and a jack Russell Yorky mix who is 2 years old and full with energy . Both are very friendly.
“Amazing service, I highly recommend Lydia! I have 2 bigger dogs, they are a bit rowdy and super playful, she was able to come and do check ins and a few times she checked them twice for me in a day. My pups were happy, fed, looked after, and played with! THANK YOU LYDIA!! ?✨”

About: I currently have a dog with my boyfriend. Milo is 7 months and a Doberman. Before I had a German shepherd and after a golden doodle from babies to full grown so I am pretty experienced with small and large breeds. I’m currently working only in the evenings, occasionally some morning but for the most part free in the mornings and afternoons for your fur baby. I routinely go on the silver comet trail which I could walk your baby on or just around any neighborhoods but making sure there’s a sidewalk and good weather.
About: Having family members with 4 legs all my life, your furbaby will feel like one of our own as soon as they arrive! I treat my pups a lot like I treat my kids; they require attention, care, patience, and most of all, a whole lot of love! Being a mother and having a puppy of my own, you can be sure that your pup will be treated like a part of the family. There are plenty of willing and helpful hands in this house to ensure that your baby is loved on and enjoys their stay with us! Your babies will be spoiled from the moment their stay begins. We have a large yard where they will be able to play some fetch and get their “zoomies” out, or just to sunbathe once they’re tuckered out; you can have peace of mind knowing that your dog will be supervised in the yard at ALL times. Regular potty breaks every 1-2 hours and supervised indoor play is standard here. We have our own furry friend, Kali, a goofy and lovable Shepherd mix just waiting for a new pal to romp around with! I am always happy to make special accommodations for any dietary/allergy needs your baby may have; I also have some experience with raw feeding, as our Kali girl is on a freeze-dried raw diet. For furbabies that are boarding with me, I am happy to provide a bath and brushing for an additional $10 with their stay. I provide treats as well, and information about these can be given at request in the event of any allergies or dietary restrictions. If there you have any special requests or needs, please let me know, and I will do my best to accommodate you and your baby! I am looking forward to spending some time with your pup and loving on them while they’re in my care!

Judy was great! She was very patient with me as I am a 1st time user of Rover and I was having issues with using the application for what I needed. I really needed a daytime 8am-2pm option but there isn’t one. Plus she sent me texts with pictures every day! Will definitely be using her again!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
