“She is amazing! Thank you so much Cindy! Took care of my kitty so well. She kept me updated, sending me so many pictures. Cindy is professional and always on time. Highly recommend 👍🏻🤍”

“Madison did a fantastic job with Mac, she took time to play with him and made us feel relieved he was in great hands while we were away. I recommend using Madison and we will be for sure.”

“Kory did four drop ins for my two dogs while I was traveling. She is a good communicator and was able to problem solve when a hiccup came up with the door codes. Kory is an animal lover for sure, and even found a stray dog and located its owner while doing another sit and still managed our drop in.”

“Kyrah was fantastic when she watched our dogs!! She spent extra time with them and even gave our German Shepherd a nice brush. Our babies absolutely love her. Highly recommend her!! She communicated very well!!”

About: Hello! My name is Jackie. I have been surrounded by animals all my life. I am 25 years old. I got into more experience with handling animals around 15 years of age. I’ve fostered four litters of kittens while finding them new homes. I have experience with bottle feeding. I have looked after friends and family’s dogs as well. I’ve taken dogs for walks, bathed them and other necessary things they needed such as medications. I would like to provide you with the comfort of knowing that your pet is in good, loving care! Pet care fits well into my routine because I currently attend school only twice a week. This allows me to have a flexible schedule for walks, drop-in visits, and house sitting. I’m able to plan my days around the pets I’m caring for to make sure they receive consistent attention, exercise, and care throughout the day. Even on school days, I make sure to schedule visits and check-ins so pets stay on their normal routine. My goal is to keep pets comfortable by following their normal routine as closely as possible. I provide walks, playtime, feeding, and lots of attention while making sure they feel safe and relaxed in their own environment. I currently care for pets in the client’s home through drop-ins, walks, or house sitting and do not bring pets into my own home. I always send updates and photos so owners know their pets are doing well.
“5 stars, no complaints here. Barbara took great care of my cat while we were gone for a couple days. I will definitely request her again next time we go out of town. When I met her, she also demonstrated an extensive knowledge of cats and their care. I'm very happy with her care.”

“Absolutely amazing, my dog is a rescue dog and I am always unsure as to how he is going to react with others. He love Rachel from the very first day. She is such a caring person. Thank you.”

“Valeria was amazing with Scout! He is a very shy boy, but she was so patient and kind with him until he got more comfortable with her. She followed all my instructions and requests. I will recommend her to anyone and we will definitely have her back!”

About: I have experience in dog care for 16 years, from puppies to senior dogs due to owning two of my own. My friends trust me to watch their dogs, knowing that I will treat them like my own. I have a hybrid work schedule, so I am home 3-days of the week and usually just run errands on weekends close to my community. I currently have one senior dog so I have to make sure not to be away too long. I have a big yard, but it is not fenced off. I do have a stake where I am able to let my dog outside without him wandering off, and I have cameras in the backyard as well but I am usually outside if I let them out. I normally walk my dog for exercise purposes.
About: My Personal Approach & Passion for Pets My genuine love for animals is what drives my pet care style. I am patient, trustworthy, and naturally observant, making it easy for me to connect with pets of all temperaments. For me, pet sitting isn’t just a task; it is about providing a warm, low-stress environment where your animals feel entirely safe, happy, and treated like family while you are away. What Sets Me Apart:I offer a highly adaptive environment for all pets and life stages, including dogs, cats, and puppies. I easily handle the high energy and training support needed for playful youngsters, as well as the gentle comfort, slow pace, and strict medication schedules required for senior companion animals. I customize my daily routine to mirror yours, ensuring your pet enjoys a seamless transition with plenty of interactive play, cozy naps, and affection. Pet care is the main focus of my daily routine because I work from home full-time. This flexibility allows me to provide constant supervision, frequent potty breaks every 2 to 3 hours, and interactive playtime throughout the day. My weekly schedule is highly consistent, meaning your dogs, cats, or puppies will enjoy a reliable routine with plenty of companionship and zero long periods spent alone. I create a safe, pet-proofed environment where your dogs, cats, or puppies are treated like family. They have full access to comfortable resting spots, fresh water, and supervised play. I follow your exact feeding schedules, crate routines, and potty windows to keep their days consistent and stress-free. In Your Home (Drop-Ins/Sitting): I respect your space while prioritizing your pet's comfort. During visits, I handle feeding, refreshing water bowls, cleaning litter boxes, and administering any required medications. I make sure to include plenty of quality playtime or belly rubs, and I always send you photo updates so you know they are safe and happy.

“Keziah took care of my kitty just like she was hers. She fed her, gave her meds and loved on her twice a day. She sent pictures to let me see my sweet girl. I will be requesting that she returns for my next trip. There was an issue with gnats in my litter genie, she emptied the bag, cleaned out the bugs and even emptied the garbage! She treated my pet and home that she would her own home. Thank you Keziah”

“My little girl is very skittish and Danyelle developed a real bond with Bella. She went above and beyond to make Bella feel comfortable with her and I was so grateful. Thanks so much for giving great care to my little Bella. I well undoubtedly being using your service again!”

About: I currently have a dog with my boyfriend. Milo is 7 months and a Doberman. Before I had a German shepherd and after a golden doodle from babies to full grown so I am pretty experienced with small and large breeds. I’m currently working only in the evenings, occasionally some morning but for the most part free in the mornings and afternoons for your fur baby. I routinely go on the silver comet trail which I could walk your baby on or just around any neighborhoods but making sure there’s a sidewalk and good weather.
About: •Dog walking: I have two energetic Labrador Retrievers . Saying so I have great patience with being pulled to smell plants or even the excitement of seeing other people being pulled. So while away you can be comforted knowing your dog isn’t being jerked or punished for just being a dog. They’ll have enough time to get some of that crazy or little energy they do have. So when you arrive home you can smile knowing they got a little adventure out of their day. •Dog sitting/Check-ins: It’s nerve wrecking trusting someone with your best friend. Having my own two dogs I would treat your baby with highest quality of care. Plenty of bathroom breaks, with time to get a breath of fresh air from being inside. Time devoted for playtime to keep your best friend busy so there will be little time for any accidents. I am currently work from home full-time with extra time in-between my schedule. I have plenty of time to do drop in visits to give your fur babies the care they need. So your time apart is less stressful on you and as well as them while missing you. Care in client home: You are trusting me to come into your home and take care of your loved one. I will give your pet the upmost respect and love you’d give. I know personally how stressful it can be wondering if someone is giving your pet enough water or being fed properly. I want to make this time apart easy on the both of you. I have such a high expectation for those who watch my dogs so i want to give your pets the best care possible. In my home care: While not being in your pets comfort zone away in a different spot. I can promise they will get plenty of love and comfort. I allow my dogs on my couch where they get plenty of cuddles as well as in my bed. They do sleep with me off and on. I know it can be a little hesitant with a little one around. But I make sure my daughter respects pets boundaries and does not crawl all over them or put them into an uneasy situation.

Jasmine has watched our cats multiple times and is always prompt to respond and has everything taken care of, you know your pet sitter is good when you're more anxious and nervous animals come out and greet her! Always thankful for Jasmine and highly recommend her services!

Judy was great! She was very patient with me as I am a 1st time user of Rover and I was having issues with using the application for what I needed. I really needed a daytime 8am-2pm option but there isn’t one. Plus she sent me texts with pictures every day! Will definitely be using her again!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
