About: I’ve always had family dogs growing up which was an excellent learning space for dog’s body language, basic training and grooming needs. Currently I have a senior dog so I’m familiar with complex medical/feeding routines. Additionally, my family member has a severe disability which requires a service dog so I’m aware of the different needs of on-duty compared to off-duty service dogs. Aside from caring for my own fur babies, a cat (4 years old) and a dog (13 years old), I have open availability for your fur babies! I keep a close eye on my animals’ behavior which allows for treating most issues with home care before a vet visit is needed with a larger problem, for example regular ear cleaning.

I only have cats and they don’t need any care other than attention, since their food and litter are automatic. It’s possible that this led Charlotte to think I didn’t want updates about the cats. Day 1 of 2 I reached out to check in and I heard from Charlotte that Meatloaf did not respond well to her the first visit—hissed but did not become aggressive—but that he warmed up to her on visit 2. Definitely will set up introductory visits each time which I have learned will avoid this issue. Charlotte stopped responding after the first day, so I have no way of knowing how the second day of visits went. I was pretty worried about whether Meatloaf was mean to her or if the cats were being checked on. I’m not even sure if she saw my shy second cat at all—just any more communication would have been good. I don’t want to tank any ratings if my cats were a problem but I have no idea what happened.”

About: My mom was a vet tech growing up and I have been around all sized dogs my whole life. We have boarded them in our home, and I would like to continue to do so. Whether is drop in visits or boarding, I have a fenced in back yard and plenty of room to run. I also enjoy walking all dogs, and I love all breeds. About: Due to over 5 years of dog sitting experience, I’ve developed a strong understanding of routine care, attentive care, and providing a safe environment for a pet. I want to ensure not only you feel comfortable letting me take care of your furry animal but for them to feel secure as well. My availability is very flexible for the most part. During weekdays, I can do Tuesday-Friday anytime between 8:30 AM-5 PM. On Saturdays and Sundays I’m available 7 AM-3PM. I make sure to only stay in areas I’m allowed to roam in.
