About: I've been caring for animals since I was 10 years old, and over the years, friends and neighbors have trusted me with the special care of their beloved pets. For over a year, I worked in a lab-like setting providing daily care to a wide variety of exotic animals, including reptiles, amphibians, small mammals and birds. My responsibilities included feeding, cleaning, and general husbandry for each species. I also have experience caring for senior animals, including administering medication and performing nail trims, so I'm comfortable with pets who need a little extra attention and care. I currently work part-time and am finishing up my Associate's degree, which gives me a good amount of flexibility during the week to care for your fur babies. On days I work an 8-hour shift, there may be a slightly longer gap between potty breaks, but I always plan ahead and communicate clearly so you know exactly what to expect. Providing consistent, quality care for your animals is a top priority for me, no matter my schedule. When I care for your pets in their own environment, I bring nothing but comfort and love. I give excellent cuddles and scritches, and genuinely enjoy enriching their day with play. I know when to be calm and reassuring, and when to be playful and energetic, adapting to match each pet's unique personality. About: Worked with Dogs and Cats both young and old. Along with a small range of farm animals like chickens and goats. Additionally I have works with some more unique pets like chinchillas. I have also done some house sitting off and on for a few years. Currently working part time over the summer so have more than enough time at all times throughout the week. I am free pretty much 24/7 all day every week but tend to like one day notice of booking. I have a small back yard that’s fenced in and more than enough space both within and outside my house. I also can let them out, feed, play, whatever they need if ever or whenever you would like me to go to your house.

About: I've been working with dogs since childhood - my parents raised Pekingese & Dobermans. Even at 8 years old, I helped mama dogs birth their pups. My schoolmates thought it was gross, most adults thought it was weird, but I thought it was super cool to be a part of bringing life into the world through adorable little squeaking pups. Even though we were very ethical & loving with our pups, many backyard breeders are not, so I no longer agree with that. But as an adult, I fell in love with rescues & adopted a few over the years. Then I decided I wanted to be more involved with Rescues. So... I became a Foster Parent, assisted Black Dog Rescue, & was an integral part of Cooper's Companions Animal Rescue in Colorado before moving to NC. I usually ended up fostering "unadoptable" dogs & working with them extensively until they became adoptable. Then I followed up with their new pet parents to help ensure success & making it stick. My specialty is working with fearful dogs, teaching pet owners how to get the behavior they want from their pet, stopping jumping on people, food possessiveness, leash training, & training dogs to walk on a treadmill. We have 2 little dogs who had a big 'sister' for many years, so all size dogs are welcome; Both of our pups are super dog-friendly. One of them loves to play with other dogs after she gets to know them, and the other will play sometimes, but can be a bit of a snob. We want all dogs to enjoy staying with us, but... we won't tolerate a 'truly' aggressive dog in our home. My dogs might initially bark at other dogs, but they don't attack other dogs, so should either of my dogs be attacked or if a human is bitten, the offender will be separated & crated inside, or placed in our separately fenced kennel area outside (if you prefer) for the remainder of their stay. Any issues will be discussed with the dog owner to establish their preference in this regard. Otherwise, we'll shower your fur baby with love & attention so you won't have to worry about them when you're away. Please note: *** Going forward, we will only board *female* dogs & they must be spayed. We stopped accepting male dogs in our home because the hiking of legs is problematic. *** If they are not spayed, I will be happy to do drop in care, but we will not be able to host in our own home. --- I require a meetup with dogs & their owners before actually accepting a booking. If you are unable to do this, I'm unable to take care of your fur babies. --- I work from home, so my availability is fairly open unless we're on vacation or if in the event that I have to go on a business trip. _____________________________________________________________________________ *** Important Note*** Doggie Day Care is for "up to 9 hours" each stay. If you need care for more than 9 hours, please schedule it as a boarding. Just let me know it's for an extended hours stay in a message. Otherwise, for requested stays exceeding 9 hours, I will send you a modification request changing it from 'day care' to the status of 'boarding' which costs more. If I have to send you a modification request & you don't want to pay a boarding fee for time exceeding 9 hours, you may choose to decline the change & it will never actually be booked with me. However, in this instance, you will need to find another sitter. Thank you for understanding... We have a fenced in yard for your pup to play in. The previous home owners put in a separate fenced kennel, so that's an available option in case you prefer your dog to be separated. It's unusual, but some people do prefer that. We almost never use it, though.

About: I began my journey learning about responsible pet care and dog training when I was ten years old and enrolled in 4H with my puppy. Since that early age I have gained professional experience in vet clinics, pet stores, and as a professional dog jogger. I did extensive research on positive reinforcement training when I adopted my shy, border collie mix puppy in 2020 and am a strong believer in its ability to form strong bonds and trust with any pet. I currently have a remote job that gives me open flexibility. I can also make evening visits and overnights stays throughout the week. I can work from your home on my laptop when I am pet/house sitting, providing a lot of companionship for your best friend! I will care for the pets in your home, where they feel most comfortable. I am open to developing pet care in my home for doggy daycare. I have a large fenced yard and am located right next to Cedarock Rock. I walk our dogs there almost daily. Our young dog Hugo would love a dog to play with!

About: I couldn't imagine my life without animals. My mom bred labs when I was a kid and I have always lived in a house with dogs. I worked in a vet for a while I was in high school where I walked, fed, cleaned up after, and provided medications to dogs visiting or boarding. I have also been the go-to pet sitter for family and friends for years. I’m always available by phone. I am also more than willing to send pictures or texts to pet parents that would like them. I currently work full time Monday through Friday in a remote capacity and on site as needed, but I’m lucky enough to have a lot of flexibility. I have always treated pets as part of the family and think that all animals should be treated with compassion. I also believe that positive reinforcement is the most effective training method and that you can always teach an old dog new tricks.

About: Hey, my name is Tiffani! I've been taking care of my own pets since I was about ten years old. Along with that, I have been pet sitting for family, friends, and neighbors for about the same amount of time. I currently have two dogs, Draco and Rhino, who are both pitbulls, so I have experience caring for big dogs. While I am currently in school, working part-time, and volunteering at an animal sanctuary each week, I am very comfortable managing a busy schedule. Whether your pet needs an hour-long walk or overnight care, I am flexible and prepared to accommodate their needs. My dogs get along very well, even though they were introduced to each other a few years apart. However, they must be fed separately to prevent any fights or food stealing. I also have experience caring for dogs who cannot be in the same space together. Because of this, I am fully capable of handling specific care requests, whether that means feeding pets separately or maintaining a safe distance between them for their safety.

About: I am a Registered Veterinary Technician and work in a vet clinic. I have experience with giving oral and injectable medications. I can work with senior and special needs dogs and have animal CPR and first aid training. I would love to help out with your baby. I work full time but have availability early in the morning and after 3:30pm. I am free all day on Mondays and I rotate weekend work schedule but still have available time every weekend. About: I can not board your pet in my home. I live in an apartment. I will do house sits for you. You will get the best of care from me. I care about the pets I watch. I love what I do and take my pet sitting very seriously. I Train puppies to dogs. I rescue dogs and find them new homes. And train dogs for service dogs. watch lucky dog on Saturdays . I have a full time job. working 40 hours a week. I will walk dogs around that And on days off. I can stay in your home; but, Keep in mind If you need me to House sit I may need to send my Husband (Whom is a cop) to check on your fur baby til I get there this will be for first day only and then I take over for rest of time. And I will not able to keep dog in my home. fun times I have an Italian greagle. ( grayhound/Begal) she is a service dog. dogs here must be leash walked. Park near by must pick up on time i do work full time. I will take care of dogs on my days off. All though I am now able to take care of pets on Sat. and Sun. Please check with me. Once you book me to watch your pet and then want to change it you will need to pay for extra time. I don' t have a fenced in yard but I do have a near by park I can take your dog to. and a walk trail. I have a full time job.I work Mon. to Fri. I have no time for fake people. If you are truly serious about me taking care of your pets and want to meet with me then by all means contact me. And we will take it from there I will not take care of cats. I am allergic to them.
