I usually feel so anxious about having strangers in our home and with our pets, but with Chazney, I felt like we made a new friend! When I was leaving in the early morning for my flight, I made the horrible realization that I had forgotten to plan for being out of the country and not having cell service (I had planned to let her into the building by phone call). I called in a panic and she came by early that morning before I left the country and picked up the fob, then sent me pictures of my boy. She sent lots of pictures of my senior boy (who does not let most people pet him) letting her hold and live on him. Karen is a complete angel!”

My dog is older with several medical concerns but she did not pause at her many needs and in fact, went beyond my expectations. She sent daily pictures and updates. When I got home, it was more than obvious Crystal had gone above and beyond. My dog was very happy and apparently well loved. Crystal is definitely my go-to for future needs and I have recommended her to family and friends.”

About: We always had dogs growing up, and carried that over into adult life. I have 3 dogs, a Boston terrier, mutt, and a lab. Our Boston is a bit of a medical marvel so I am experienced in administering meds. I’m often reminded that my dogs live a better life than most people, and I wouldn’t have it any other way! I’m a stay at home mom of an elementary age child. My schedule is pretty flexible! Daytimes between 8-5 work best but with some notice I can do times outside of that I’ll do what you need for your pets! Treating them as they are my own, no matter how quirky they might be! Your furry loved one will be well cared for

“I was leaving on a long vacation and although I had a live-in pet sitter for my elderly cat Sweetie, this person worked during the day. Sweetie needed encouragement to eat so I looked to Rover.com to find someone who could come in at noon to freshen up Sweetie’s food. Marcia got back to me right away, dropped by to meet us and get a key and, while I was away, sent me photos and videos of my cat taken when she came by to feed her! The first report I received was a photo of Sweetie’s empty food dish from breakfast plus a video of her heartily eating her lunch, which showed me that we were on the right track! I was so impressed with Marcia’s professionalism, attention to detail, thoughtfulness and sincere interest in my cat. I highly recommend Marcia as well as Rover.com! Thank you, Marcia!”
