I love to play, walk, bathe, swim, and do pretty much whatever it is your animal needs. I am comfortable with all ages, sizes and breeds. If needed, I can administer medicines. “Gemma is awesome - super flexible, super respectful, and great with my super anxious boy! Even though we had a supervised meet and greet where my dog (Don, GSD) LOVED Gemma, he still refused to come out of his crate when she came to check on him alone. Gemma was kind and patient with him and didn't force him to leave his comfort zone, which is perfect for working with such a large and anxious dog! She kept me updated and didn't get discouraged by his behavior and I know in time, Don will warm up to her and be comfortable spending time with her while i'm away. I would definitely recommend working with Gemma if you've got an anxious pup that needs a little extra TLC before trusting a new person! About: I have never gone a year of my life without owning at least 2 dogs. I have always trained them well with leash training, potty, and crate training. I now am training a service dog (with the help of some classes) and am learning so much more about a dog’s health, needs, and how to learn from them as much as they learn from us. I know that when I go out of town I want the best care for my dogs and I want to provide a good place for other dogs to stay as well. I am a full time online student at the moment so I am available all day everyday, with the exception of future appointments or meetings that will not take more than a few hours out of a day at a time. I am typically home watching over my own dogs at all hours of the day; I do work part time on the weekends though and am usually gone for 5-8 hours at a time onFridays-Sundays (depending on the week). I live in a very dog-friendly neighborhood which provides a standard sized tennis court, which we have basically turned into a play park for dogs! We all have contributed toys to leave at the tennis court and I LOVE brining my dog (and the doggie I am watching over) to the court to run freely for a while and play without worrying about other dogs or being on a leash. Because I have a larger dog (110 lbs; he is a gentle giant), I have a large crate and large bed as well! This will be great for any sized dog whether they are crate-trained or not :)
