Angelica is kind & caring! She house sat for us for a week, 2 cats. She communicated every day and sent pictures & was very attentive to their needs. I know one of my cats can be quite pushy, so I really appreciated her. House looked great upon return too! He did go to the spare room the first couple days wondering where she was, I think he misses her.

About: I have over 30 years of experience caring for pets! I worked as a vet assistant for years, offering compassionate care to cats, dogs, rabbits, birds and large animals. It brings me joy to offer loving care to pets. Whether it’s playing, walking, feeding, grooming, boarding or training, I have been relied upon to care for my family’s, friend’s and neighbor’s pets for years. I have extensive time to devote to the care of your pets! Whether you need someone to check in on your furry friend(s) while you're away, take them on walks, or have some playtime and enrichment, I can accommodate your requests to ensure your fur babies have what they need. Boarding for dogs is available 7 days a week. I provide compassion, consistency and attention to detail when caring for your furry friend(s). I offer—doggy daycare, dog walking, boarding, or drop-in visits (dogs and/or cats). Here’s a breakdown of services offered: 🦴 1. Dog Walking Typically 30–60 minutes spent exercising the dog(s). Key Responsibilities: Safety First: Use of proper harnesses/leashes, avoidance of unsafe areas. Exercise: I walk at a pace suitable for the dog’s age and energy level. Clean-Up: I pick up after the dog(s). Behavior Monitoring: I watch for signs of stress or aggression. Basic Commands: Reinforce good leash manners or basic training if requested. Client Updates: Quick summary after each walk, often with photo. 🐕‍🦺 2. Drop-In Visits Short visits (15–45 minutes) to feed, check in, and offer care. Key Responsibilities: Feeding/Water: Ensure pets are fed on time with clean water. Bathroom Breaks: Let dogs out or clean litter boxes. Quick Playtime & Enrichment: Mental stimulation through toys or interaction. Home Check: Ensure everything is secure, lights adjusted, etc. Updates: Send a brief report and pictures to the client. 🛏️ 4. Overnight Care (in my home) Extended stays for pets needing round-the-clock attention. Key Responsibilities: 24-Hour Supervision: Great for puppies, seniors, or pets with medical needs. Routine Continuity: Mimic the pet’s normal home schedule as closely as possible. Sleeping Arrangements: Make pets feel safe and comfortable. Extra Comfort: Lots of love, cuddles, and stress-reducing companionship. Emergency Preparedness: Knowledge of where the nearest vet or emergency contact is. 🧼 General Best Practices for All Services: Detailed Intake Forms: Gather all info on the pet’s health, behavior, and preferences. Respect the Home: Keep the client’s home clean and secure. Emergency Plan: Have contacts and a vet plan in place. Pet-Proofing: Ensure the environment is safe from hazards. I am currently getting my Master’s Degree through a fully online program, so I have plenty of time to dedicate to caring for your pet(s). By caring for the pet(s) in your home, I am able to maintain their routine, safety, and emotional well-being in the environment where they feel the most secure.

Lesley took great care of my kitties! They usually hide from people they don't know well and I was half expecting to get just dark, grainy pictures of them glaring out from under the bed while I was away. However, Lesley quickly made friends with them and coaxed them into eating, playing and socializing. I arrived home to very happy and relaxed cats. I would definitely book Lesley again in the future.

About: I grew up with a black lab & am proudly a dog Auntie to 2 labradoodles. While I don’t currently have dogs of my own, I am no stranger to them, and enjoy their companionship! I previously volunteered at an animal shelter (back in Illinois) where I cared for the dogs regularly and took them out for walks and to the park for fresh air and time outside the shelter. I look forward to walking your dogs, keeping them company and providing all the essentials of fresh water, food, treats, and pets! I’m currently employed full time remotely as a project manager so have some flexibility during the day 9-5 and have open availability after work and all weekends. Because of our cats in our home, we are unable to host your pets here, but I am available to come to your home and pet sit! We can meet and greet ahead of time to ensure we both feel comfortable and we are a good match! I look forward to meeting you and your fur babies!

About: I’ve been caring for livestock since I was 14, and my passion for animals has only grown stronger. I've trained under leading veterinarians and now work in the surgical department of a top emergency animal hospital—where precision, quick thinking, and compassion are critical every day. I’m also becoming Animal CPR certified to provide the highest level of emergency care. Whether it’s playful puppies, senior pets, or farm animals, I bring expert care and unwavering dedication to every animal I meet. I work full-time Monday–Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with occasional on-call shifts. However, I can bring pets with me to work—as long as they are fully vaccinated, kennel trained, and friendly with other animals. From Thursday evening through Sunday, I'm fully available for walks, playtime, and personalized care to fit your pet’s routine. Plus, my roommate, who is also an emergency room vet tech, helps provide coverage earlier in the week to ensure your pet is never without attentive care. Together, we make sure your pet is safe, loved, and well looked after 7 days a week. I live in a second-story apartment with access to a fully fenced, half-acre dog park—perfect for safe, supervised outdoor play. My home is non-carpeted, easy to clean, and pet-friendly. While I welcome all breeds and sizes, I do ask that dogs are calm indoors and not prone to chewing or ingesting toys for everyone's safety. I share my space with my 4-year-old cat, who is shy but generally okay with respectful pets. Whether in my home or yours, I prioritize a calm, clean, and secure environment where your pet can feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.

About: Growing up, my family raised Westhighland terrier’s, so we always had multiple dogs in our home and then puppies one to two times a year. These dogs were a part of the family! And as you can imagine this involved lots of cleaning, feeding, bathing, administering medicine, and even helping birth at times. Over the years I’ve had a few pets of my own, but they have all long since passed. In the fall of 2022 my kids and I began dog sitting for friends and family during Aggie game day weekends, and they loved it. So, I decided to branch out our services! Your pet will be a part of our family, loved and very well taken care of from the moment you entrust them into our care to the moment you return to pick them up. (Or if you are wanting us to come you, then while we are there. Lol.) When we have someone’s pet come and stay with us, they become a part of our routine and family, or we accommodate their routine and schedule, all depending on the pet. Some pet want their routine to be exactly like theirs at home, so we carve that space and routine out in our home for them. Some want to be a part of ours routine and just hang with us. We just feel out each pets needs and desires on a case by case basis. We do always stick to requests from the owner and fit that into our schedule 100%. I have a fenced yard and a pet friendly home. Your pets will be monitored, cared for, and loved 100% of the time. If it’s something that your pet is interested in and comfortable with, I will take him/her on leashed walks outside of our fenced area once a day as well, so he/she can explore the farm. If needed we bathe or shower him/her and administer medicines. We always strictly adhere to your pets dietary needs and restrictions.

About: I’ve had animals in my own house my whole life. Starting around 15 I began dog sitting for my neighbors when they went out of town. I’ve dog-sat dogs from a couple months to 13 years. I also have experience dealing with anxious dogs and rescues :) I am currently in my senior year of college, trying to make some extra money for grad school, and also spend more time with animals, because I cannot currently afford to own one myself. I have time between and after classes when I typically go on walks, and my weekend plans are very flexible. I love getting familiar with the pets favorite toys, treats, and physical care such as belly rubs or ear scratches so that they can get as comfortable with me as possible. I love cuddly dogs but am also a skilled ball thrower for games like fetch.

About: A little about me: Hi there! My name is Chloe, and I’m passionate about animal care and wellness. I’ve always sought out opportunities to work with animals of all kinds, but dogs are truly my specialty. This includes basic tasks such as feeding, handling, grooming, as well as more intricate tasks such as administering medications, caring for sick livestock, and competing in the show ring. Due to my obligations as a dog trainer; there are some days where I am only available outside of my work hours. Outside of that; ensuring they are mentally and physically fulfilled through puzzles, brain games, long walks, and extensive play time. Dog Walking: Safety is always my top priority. I enjoy taking dogs to parks, trails, and on “sniffing safaris” that let them explore freely, and I’d love to give your pup the same enriching experiences. Dog Training: I specialize in positive reinforcement training, covering basic obedience (sit, wait, leash manners), advanced commands (heel, place, safety cues), and fun, confidence-building tricks. My hour-long sessions allow dogs to learn and retain each skill at a comfortable pace.
