About: I’ve been around dogs and cats my entire life and have always loved caring for them. I currently have a 9-year-old cat and a 3-year-old dog, along with years of experience caring for friends’ cats. I’m especially comfortable with small dogs and cats and will treat your pets with the same patience, attention, and love I give my own. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages so you can relax knowing your pets are in good hands! I'm currently working part-time, so I'll have plenty of time to check in on your pets on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and weekends. I'm also available on evenings on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I know how important it is to feel comfortable trusting someone with your pet and your home. I’ll treat both with the same care and respect I would want for my own. I’ll follow your instructions closely, keep pets secure during walks and visits, and make sure they have everything they need before I leave. I’m happy to provide photos and updates throughout each visit.

“Joshua has been amazing with out 70lb & 120lb German Shepherds! He was ALWAYS punctual if not 5min early and stayed longer than the booked 30min to sueprvise our dogs' cooldown period after playtime. He followed all instructions on vitamins/medication to the T and went above & beyond to ensure that our fur babies lack nothing over 9 days! He brought his own treat bag to every visit including the Meet & Greet and instantly made 2 new furry friends for life! He is a pro with the camera and kept us up-to-date with pictures of every visit, including some amazing action shots of our "flying dogs". Huge plus: Joshua cleaned up potty accidents, swiffered and took our trash can to the curb. We certainly appreciate the immaculate work ethic and care that he showed in taking care of our furry family. 100% will recommend to anyone looking for pet carr. 100% will book again. About: From 2015-2023 I was the neighborhood dog and cat sitter. From pit bulls, to shitzus, to greyhounds, to kittens and elderly cats. I’ve taken care of them all. I grew up with a house full of animals always. Being unable to keep animals of my own in my current living situation gets me home sick. Back home in Texas I’m missing my pocket pitty, Great Dane, two cats and two kittens. I love all animals just as my own and can’t wait to meet your fur babies! My schedule is very consistent but also can be moved around to accommodate accordingly. My shifts are normally during the day, so time in the early morning or later afternoon to hangout with your animals outside of the peak heat hours. Being respectful of the space and making sure the pets get ample time outside and exploring outside the house alone, if this is a request.

About: Since I was a young girl, I have always been fascinated by animals—particularly dogs. I begged my parents to get me my first pet—Jasper, a rescued Labrador retriever—at age 7. Taking care of Jasper was my main focus as well the odd assortment of fish and hamsters we had. When Jasper passed, and I graduated high school, my next door neighbor had a litter of golden retriever puppies. I was ready to have another animal, and that’s when Kensie came into my life. Kensie was my soul dog, and she passed away two years ago. We did everything together—going to dog parks around town, Zilker park, and even red bud (before the algae), and going to dog-friendly establishments in Austin. She was my best friend. Unfortunately, her last few months on earth were extremely challenging. I was up with her three to four times a night (sometimes more), administering multiple medications, and helping her stand/walk. When the time came to say goodbye, I could barely make the decision to let her go. I miss her so much, but because of my current living situation, don’t have the opportunity to get another dog. That’s where Rover comes in. I love animals, and am extremely responsible when it comes to taking care of someone’s pet. This will give me my ‘fix’ and also be a productive side hustle for me. It will be an honor to walk//watch your pet. I will give the very care and concern I gave my own pets. Not only have I had my own pets, but I have experience with a variety of breeds—including catahoulas and boxers. As mentioned above, I have extensive experience working with senior dogs and administering medication. I’m currently in a transition phase in my life, and am looking for something productive and rewarding. I have pretty much limitless availability to cater to whatever your dog may need. At the moment, I can’t accept any dogs into my home, but if given the opportunity to stay at a client’s house, I would follow all instructions given while simultaneously respecting the space and showering your dog with love and attention.

About: As a kid I was taught responsibility by caring for our horses, cats, dogs, birds, fish and guinea pigs. I’ve had pets all my life! My mom’s cat almost died of a bacterial infection in her mouth and I’ve helped administer antibiotics to her until she got better. I had a cat who had kidney disease and needed to have IV fluids every week. My other cat had to be mouth fed with a syringe as well as monitored via thermometer up his butt. I have house and pet sit for friends and family that have multiple pets, most recently for a friend that had 6 dogs of all sizes! I am an active individual so walking will be a treat for them and me! :) I have given dogs and cats baths and also cared for dogs in heat. I have a very open and wide range of availability and I am available most days, including weekends and holidays as I rarely ever go out of town. It would be great to develop some long term relationships with new pets and their owners! Repeats are always great but not expected. I will do what I can to work with your schedule and the needs of you and your fur child. I will do my best to maintain consistency and high-level care when it comes to your pet. Each pet is different and I try to get to know each one individually in order to gain their trust and yours and provide the best care possible. Often times, I will send pictures to the pet owner, especially if it is a new client or a pet owner is out of town for an extended amount of time. I am easily reachable and try to communicate clearly about wants, needs, and scheduling. I prefer to do a meet and greet prior to providing a service, but it is not mandatory, especially for last minute bookings! We have a small yard in front and neighbors that will walk their dogs but they are all on leashes and well behaved. We live in a newer and safe community and I often take my dog for a walk around the neighborhood. There is a small park down the street which is nice too. We also have a fenced in backyard which can be seen from the inside of the house or the porch. We live in a one story house, but there are steps from the porch to the yard outback. My husband lives with me and has also grown up with cats and dogs. We currently have one male cat Santiago who gets along great with our male Chihuahua Juan Pablo and also got along great with my former senior Maine coon cat. He is a bit weary of strangers at first, but he will just hide until he gets to know you a bit and then you won’t be able to get him off of your lap. We have a gate in between the kitchen and the rest of the house so that the Chihuahua can have free rain to walk around and not have to be in his cage when we are not home. In the event that we have another animal in the house we can keep the Chihuahua in his cage. We also have two bedrooms and two baths that can be used to separate animals.The Chihuahua is very friendly and gets along great with the cat. He is also a bit skittish at first with strangers but once he gets to know you all he wants to do is give you kisses. He is very non-aggressive and barely ever barks. He is also very friendly. I feed my cat both wet and dry food twice a day in his food dish and he has water out constantly. I feed the dog twice a day, sometimes dry food, and sometimes refrigerated dog food. I let the dog out several times a day and we go for a daily walk as well. I clean the kitty litter box once a day. I snuggle and cuddle with both of them as much as possible, and play fetch with the dog at various points throughout the day.
