About: I have volunteered at a variety of animal shelters since the age of 9. The tasks were similar at all of the shelters I had volunteered at; such as, walking, administering medication/supplements, feedings, cleaning kennels and providing all the love I can give. I have several years of experience with working with wolves and wolf dogs at a sanctuary. Therefore, analyzing and identifying animal behavior traits is something I take pride in. It’s important to know how to identify animal behavior characteristics to be able to accommodate to a pet’s specific needs. I have experience handling and owning horses, rabbits, turkeys, pigs, lambs, goats, dogs and cats. Therefore, no animal is too big or small for me to handle. Therefore, I know the importance of making a safe environment, as well as, ensuring that they are not given any table scraps or treats that are not authorized by the owner(s). I can provide as much or as little exercise the owner would like, just be sure to let me know. I am currently home all day, so I can accommodate any and all needs that your fur baby may need. Such as, longer and more frequent walks and playtime or if they require more feedings, I’d be happy to assist, as well. My dogs and cat are very well taken care of. They eat 2x a day and are able to get a couple walks in throughout the day, weather permitted. They sleep in the bed with us and are allowed on the furniture, as we treat them as part of the family. However, if you are not comfortable with this we are open to accommodations, as well.
