Andrew provided frequent updates, photos, and videos. My elderly dog needed emergency medical care and Andrew didn’t hesitate in taking the dog to the vet where he received prompt treatment and recovered quickly. It’s easy to see that Andrew really loves dogs and enjoys looking after them. He has a calm, kind demeanor and was able to constructively handle a few difficult situations caused by my dogs. Isabella was simply AMAZING!!!!! A true gem from start to finish. She came to our home to meet both of our girls, one of them a 17 year old senior. She answered all of my questions and really took her time to get to know the dogs. We boarded with her for over 3 weeks while being out of country and she kept me up to date on how the girls were doing and sent pictures. The services provided by her were amazing and I have asked her to be our permanent sitter when we cannot take the girls. I know taking care of a senior dog is a whole other ballpark than a young(er) dog but both girls looked happy and healthy in all pics and when we returned. I would leave the girls with Isabella in a heart beat again! Thank you again for taking such good care of them!!!! I would also like to mention that she doesn’t run a “boarding factory” like some of the star sitters on here whom I had contacted when searching for a good match for our needs. It shows that she cares about the animal and not how many dogs she can cramp in her house to make the most money.
Absolutely fantastic experience. She took great care of my dog and gave me peace of mind while I was away. This was my first time leaving my dog for several days, and I used to have to drive all the way to Round Rock for boarding. Luckily, Marissa now offers boarding in my neighborhood. My dog isn’t very social, but she and her dogs welcomed him so warmly. She sent daily pictures, and he looked so happy and comfortable with them. We’ll definitely be back :)
