Not only that, my Austrailian Shepard started heat during the boarding...I put in her profile she was spayed, as I had made it a while back. And didnt think about it when I booked...they had every right to cancel the reservation and have me pick up my pups, but instead worked with me and gave her a bath. They were SO kind and helpful, as they also immediately were able to extend my reservation due to the ongoing emergency. Communication was also superb. This was my first time leaving my dog for several days, and I used to have to drive all the way to Round Rock for boarding. Luckily, Marissa now offers boarding in my neighborhood. My dog isn’t very social, but she and her dogs welcomed him so warmly. She sent daily pictures, and he looked so happy and comfortable with them. We’ll definitely be back :)
