“Scot exceeded our expectations! This was our first time using Rover & we were nervous to leave our two dogs & go outside of traditional boarding. I’m so glad we did. Scot communicated with us very well & we enjoyed photos & a video during our trip that made us both feel really comfortable. He was professional, answered all our questions & both dogs came back happy & exhausted. You can tell he really cares about the animals he watches. We hit some traffic headed back home & it was such a relief to not worry about getting back into town during business hours of a regular boarding facility - we were able to let him know of our delays & he kindly accommodated us! Lastly, pick up was a breeze - he had everything packed & ready to go & met us at the front door, such a relief after a long day of traveling to be able the head right home. We plan to use him in the future. Thank you Scot!”
