About: I’ve been around pets most of my life! I currently have two kitty’s of my own and have helped care for my dad’s cats and dogs since I was 11. I’m experienced with feeding, playtime, and giving lots of love and attention. I work Monday through Friday from 8–5, so I’m available early mornings, afternoons during my lunch break, and the rest of the evenings during the week. Weekends are more open, which means your pets get plenty of extra love, playtime, and attention! Your pet’s safety and comfort always come first. I make sure every pet is cared for, and secure, whether that means giving them space or extra cuddles. I treat every home and pet with the same respect and love I give my own, keeping things clean, safe, and stress-free.

“Krisanne and Gaston were fantastic! They were always on time, communicated clearly, and made booking through Rover incredibly easy. Our dog was well-cared for and happy after every visit. Professional, punctual, and reliable - we'll definitely use them again!”

“10000% would book again. Emilie was able to drop in on our pups last minute after our previous person cancelled literally an hour before. She sent the most adorable pictures and made me feel better that they were given love and care 💜”

About: I've taken care of dogs for a few years now. From pet sitting to my family dog (blue heeler mix) I've grown quite used to energetic breeds, but I love all my furry friends! I'd love to help you out! I'm currently working part-time as a CNA while also being a full-time student. I'm looking for weekend visits or pet sitting on the weekends. I love to play with any kind of energy level whether rough and energetic, or mellow and sweet. Regardless of energy level, I love animals and would love to help take care of your pet!
“Gigi was wonderful, very responsive to texts and questions, sent pics of our critters everyday with updates on the house and how everyone was doing, highly recommend!”

“Linda helped us with a last-minute need for a visit with our girl, Davie. She was so great! She communicated before arriving, during her visit, and provided a great update after. She also took the best pictures ever! ♥️? We will definitely be contacting Linda for future needs!”

I will always have time for your fur babies and make sure they’re happy! Your pet’s safety, comfort, and routine are always my top priorities. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I treat both the home and the animals with the same respect and attention I would my own. I carefully follow all care instructions, including feeding schedules, medications (if needed), exercise, and any special routines to help pets feel comfortable while you’re away. I always make sure pets have a clean, safe environment, plenty of love and attention, and I provide regular updates with photos so you can feel confident they’re happy and well cared for. My goal is to keep your pet’s routine as consistent and stress free as possible while giving you complete peace of mind.
“So grateful that Katie was able to come by last minute and spend some time with our dog while we were visiting her town. I was grateful for the pictures and that I knew my dog had some snuggles while we were gone that day.”

Jessica followed specific written instructions & did it 100% on task - we have cameras inside & she definitely can be trusted sight unseen. Thank you so very much for being there when we needed you.”

About: I’ve lived with animals since I was born, constantly new animals being brought in an out from my family fostering animals as well as having our own. From a young age I would take animals on walk for my neighbors and care for them while out of town. Rover gives me that sense of childhood memories being able to take care of your fur babies. I am available for boarding on the weekends and even throughout the week! I do work a job but have another roomate in which when I am away at work for a few hours she is able to play and keep your fur baby entertained and help with any needs. I have no other animals, I have a grass park within a half mile of my apartment as well as a room to let them out for shorter potty breaks outside. There is no direct backyard but I promise to provide your fur baby the proper care as going out and taking them on walks!
About: I have taken care of dogs for five years now. Friends and family have relied on me to walk and feed their dogs. Some call me the dog whisperer. My wife and I work from home and love taking g pups on walks! Your dog will be well cared for and given the intentional attention it deserves. I am very careful when it comes to leashing a pet and making sure they feel safe in each environment we encounter. Playtime and energy expenditure are key!

Elizabeth was marvelous! She took wonderful care of Zazzle the big orange cat. He took to her immediately and enjoyed her company and daily brushing......I know because she sent me really great photos and he was smiling! We had lots of communication during the week and Elizabeth is now on my favorite people list . I highly recommend her as a pet care provider. She communicates well, is not afraid to ask questions or seek guidance , she is thorough and professional takes great photos!

I could not be happier about the drop-in services provided! We came home to a calm, happy kitty who could not wait to tell us all about his new friend. In fact, we think he wants us to leave again 😊. We got a ton of pictures every visit, and they happened at the same time every day so kitty was able to keep to his regular schedule. I honestly cannot say enough positive things! We’ve already made a return booking for a future trip.
We love Jessica caring for our fur babies so much and she does such a great job that we don’t worry anymore about our dogs and cat while we’re gone. She is amazing! And we also love the fact that our pets are comfortable while we’re gone knowing Jessica will care for them. They love her too!!!

Hailey did an absolutely amazing job watching our cat. Our cat is incredibly shy and usually hides from everyone—even family members who have known him for years rarely ever see him. We honestly didn't expect him to come out at all while we were away. To our surprise, Hailey somehow won him over! Not only did she take great care of him, but she got him comfortable enough to come out and interact with her. We joke that she must be a cat whisperer because our cat normally doesn't like anybody, yet he trusted her. It's clear that Hailey is patient, kind, and truly understands cats. Knowing that our shy little guy was comfortable and cared for gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. We would absolutely recommend Hailey to anyone looking for a reliable and exceptional pet sitter!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience administering medication or managing dietary requirements. You can also find pet sitters who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and request a Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
