“Best experience ever , we have had Luna take care of our 5 French bulldog puppies which are of very high maintenance and need a lot of care and attention . Each with a different personality and medical condition have been treated very well , taken care of and actually got to enjoy their time there. We received pictures everyday and felt very comfortable leaving our whole family of dogs for a week with Luna. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I was so happy with the care my dog received at Conrad’s home ! I got pictures, videos and updates and could tell from those that my dog was being spoiled and treated like one of their own. It means so much when your fur baby is in good hands when you are away. Would definitely use Conrad again and can tell he loves animals and will make a good vet 💕”

“Bonnie did a wonderful job taking care of Mako. We were sent pictures and updates daily and he was so happy at her house with her kids and her own pup! If we get back to Zion we would definitely use Bonnie.”

“Rebecca did a wonderful job taking care of our dog, Ella. We were gone for an entire week and she sent pictures daily. We could see that Ella was happy and having fun playing with Rebecca's dogs. We appreciate the great care of our little girl.”

“They were so good to our little puppy for the week we were out of town. Sent pictures and reassured us he was doing well. One of the sweet kids told me when we picked him up “I made sure to give him lots of hugs and kisses” so I know we left him with the right family!”

“Claudia is very friendly, reliable, and loves dogs. She took special care of Cody, my Vizsla, while I flew back to Oregon for some business. I wouldn’t hesitate to have Claudia provide TLC for your dog when needed!”

“Thank you Tamee for taking such good care of Chase. I’m sure he had the best time. It’s nice to know he has a home away from home with all those extra snuggles . I highly recommend Tamee and her family. Thank you”

“We are very glad we found Jaren to watch our sweet girl, Remi. We can tell by the videos and photos that he sends us that she is happy and well taken care of while she is there. That is such a huge relief for us!”

“Scot was very responsive & Koa loved her time in his home. I was worried about all the other dogs, but it all worked out. He has an awesome kennel divided into sections & Koa was able to rest as needed. Koa also ate! Which is unusual unless she feels safe.”

“Amazing people who truly love dogs!! They sacrificed holiday plans so I could attend my daughter's engagement party in Las Vegas!! Highly recommend and WILL use them again!!”

“MaKayla was wonderful to work with! Our 2 dogs had never been boarded before, so this was all new for them. It was such a relief to know they were in good hands with an experienced dog person! I highly recommend MaKayla and would not hesitate to book with her again!”

“Gizzy seemed happy with their family. She updated us a couple times. This was our first time using Rover. Hard to leave our dog with a stranger, but Melissa answered all our questions and made it easier to leave her.”

About: I’ve been around dogs since I was a kid. I’m a dog groomer who owns 3 dogs. I always take good care of friends/neighbors dogs! I’m a part-time dog groomer at home, and I would love to use my spare time as a pet sitter. I love working with animals I think about their safety and feeling first so I always examine their behavior and personalities so it helps me when I walk and play with them.
“Liz was absolutely wonderful! We had a last minute trip to Zion and really wanted to hike the narrows but be respectful of hotel rules re leaving dogs in the room. However, we recently had someone bring an aggressive dog to our home, which has or may have altered how our big male views other dogs. Not wanting to chance it, Liz agreed to meet us the day before and, of course, everything was fine. The dogs were happy, we were able hike the Narrows without worrying. She sent pictures and was just super. Great communication! She is also conveniently located in town and has a separate room and fenced yard where our pups could be kept if they didn’t get along well. **this was also our first time using Rover. Will use it again!”

“Bri was very communicative and so knowledgeable about dogs. Our pup warmed up to her quickly and was in great hands for three days. We got pictures and updates regularly and we’d love to have Bri pet sit for us again. She is phenomenal.”

The personalized, in-home nature of pet care through Rover can mean more individual attention for your pet.
Every sitter on Rover has their own routine. Depending on the arrangements you agree on before the stay, a sitter can follow your dog’s regular feeding schedule, provide a comfortable place to sleep, offer companionship, and support their usual exercise and play needs.
96% of sitters in Silver Reef can provide daily exercise during dog boarding stays. Depending on the sitter, their home environment, and your dog’s needs, this may include walks, outdoor play, indoor enrichment activities, or supervised play with compatible dogs. These activities are not automatically included with every booking, so ask the sitter what a typical day looks like.
During the Meet & Greet, discuss your dog’s usual exercise and play routine, whether they can safely interact with other dogs, and any activities or restrictions the sitter should follow. You can also ask the sitter to send photo and message updates during the stay so you can see how your dog is spending their time.
Preparing for drop-off is easy when you have a checklist! To help your dog settle into their Silver Reef home-away-from-home, we recommend packing:
- Health and safety essentials such as their ID tags, vaccination records, medication, and emergency vet or secondary caregiver contacts.
- Food and gear such as harnesses, collars, food (portioned by day), and an item that smells like you.
- Special instructions such as a list of training cues, medical administration needs, or favorite hang-out spots in your Silver Reef.
Tip: You can upload your dog’s routine and medical info directly onto their profile so your sitter always has the details at their fingertips.

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee, which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page.
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in UT ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
Adding another pup to the pack? Most sitters and walkers offer a reduced rate for additional dogs. You’ll find these exact rates listed under the "Services" tab on any sitter's profile. Since every dog is unique, final pricing may vary depending on the level of care required.
