About: Hi! My name is Nickolas, I currently work early mornings and I get off at 1 pm. I am looking for reoccurring clients (daily or weekly) that need some assistance with their animals. I have experience from puppies, dogs, cats, geckos, and snakes. I am slightly allergic to cats, so overnight stays wouldn’t be ideal, but drop in feedings are no problem. I work 5am - 1pm Monday - Friday, so any time after 1 pm on weekdays I am able to provide services for whatever you are looking for. I currently have a dog, two geckos, and a snake. These animals have given me more than adequate amount of experience over the years of having them. I am caring and very observant when it comes to animals, so no injuries / infections will slip by!
“I plans fall through that left me scrambling to find someone to help with my pup. Robyn was available the next day and came through like always. She’s the best, Kevin loves his days with her! Thank you!!”

“Princess was super awesome. My little Lexi is a very shy dog to people upfront but for some reason Lexi went differently to Princess and greeted her. She took a lot of pictures and spent the full 30 minutes walking Lexi. She made me feel at ease and made sure Lexi was safe. I 100% recommend Princess.”

About: I’ve volunteered with raising puppies and caring for senior dogs my entire life basically, I have pet sat disabled dogs as well. I am prepared to deal with any personality dog or cat as I have met and taken care of lots of variety between breeds and different species. I’m currently working part time from home so I am free whenever you need me! I would love the chance to get out of the house more and get the chance to care for animals again! I have a beautiful cat named Izzy whom I saved from a bad environment, with many toys and cat trees available. Two litter boxes as well.
About: I work at a pet hospital that specializes in the care of cats and dogs, where I’ve had the opportunity to care for pets of all ages, breeds, and personalities. I’m also experienced in caring for pets with a variety of medical conditions and specific needs, including dietary restrictions and medication administration. In addition to my veterinary experience, I have about 2 and a half years of pet-sitting experience caring for cats and dogs for friends and family. My experience includes walking, feeding, bathing when needed, and providing plenty of love and attention. My goal is to make sure every pet in my care feels safe, comfortable and happy while you’re away. I’ll treat your pets like they’re my own and give them all the love and care they deserve! 🐾 I am available primarily on weekends, as I work full-time during the week. I’m available on Saturdays and Sundays from 8 AM to 8 PM. When caring for pets in your home, I treat your pet's safety and their environment with the same care and respect I would give my own fur babies. I follow each pet parent’s instructions and routines closely, making sure pets are comfortable, supervised, and stay on their regular schedule as much as possible. I’m respectful of your home and keep things clean and tidy while I’m there. I can also provide regular updates and photos so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for.
About: I’ve started walking dogs since I was walking in diapers. Throughout the years I’ve taken care of different sizes of dogs~ puppies to seniors. I’ve taken care of dogs that needed medical care and trained my dog and my grandma’s pup. I can say I know a bit of things when it comes dogs. I’m currently going to school in the afternoon and working at a part time, my mornings are almost always open and some of my nights. I’ll Still be willingly to work something out between those times. I like to take my dog out every 4 hrs even if he isn’t waiting at the door just to make sure he gets a nice breeze of the outside. I usually give him a cup of food every morning.
About: I am passionate about providing compassionate, high quality care for every animal I meet. Whether a pet is in my care or simply nearby, I naturally pay attention to their body language, personality, and individual needs. I genuinely enjoy getting to know each pet, and I have a habit of spoiling them with plenty of love, attention, and positive experiences, while also noticing and respecting when a pet prefers to be left alone and simply kept to their routine. Along with providing excellent care, I value reliability and trust. I understand how important it is to leave your pets with someone who will treat them like family, and that’s exactly what I strive to do. Spending time with animals is both calming and fulfilling for me, whether we’re relaxing at home, going for walks, playing, training, or exploring new places together. I have fostered multiple animals, helping with socialization, basic training, and building confidence through patience and positive reinforcement. I also have professional experience as a veterinary assistant, so I’m comfortable administering medications, caring for senior or special needs pets, monitoring for health concerns, and handling additional care such as post operative care, bandage or diaper changes. My experience extends to caring for all kinds of animals, including birds, fish and fish tanks, lizards, rabbits, cattle, and chickens. I genuinely enjoy learning how to care for different types of animals and am dedicated to giving each one the care they need. At the same time, I’ll always be upfront if a type of care is outside my experience level, so you have the opportunity to find the most appropriate care for your pet. My goal is simple: to provide your pets with a safe, enriching, and loving experience while giving you peace of mind. I would love the opportunity to meet you and your pets and earn your trust by giving them the kind of care they deserve. Thank you for taking the time to read my profile! My current work schedule is with a warehouse, that being said I have a flexible schedule and can accommodate a lot more pets and schedules than I expected. Please don’t hesitate to reach out same day if needed, I’ll always do my best to accept all compatible client and pet requests!! I live on a farm that is fully fenced around the entire property, there is an option to have your pet(s) meet some other pets on the property and play during the day, but I also am fully prepped for keeping the dogs separate from each other for any reason if needed. When staying at your home I am respectful of privacy and rules. I will NEVER have anyone other than myself inside your home or on the property, and I will clean up after myself as well as have the home clean when you get back. I do allow dogs on furniture at my home but will not allow it if needed.
About: I love dogs, have two of my own a Frenchie and Mastiff, who are always up to doggie mischief. I love going for long walks and am excited to meet your pup! I am free anytime as long as a reasonable amount of time is given in advance( usually same day is fine. ) I prefer the Sandy/boring area. I have a fenced in yard at my home for potty breaks or lounging. I am next to a park for long walks. Pets are family at my house and can sleep anywhere.
About: I always jump at the opportunity to pet, play, cuddle with any dog but I am also a former dog mom of 10 years which means I have experience doing all of the things a dog parent does: grooming, trimming nails, feeding, walking/hiking, training (potty/walks/kennel/sit, stay, etc.), cleaning up doggy messes, socializing, administering medicine, establishing a schedule, etc. I am very active so I can keep up with your dog's energy and can also be their cuddle buddy when they're tired! In addition, I have experience caring for anywhere from 1-7 dogs at a time ranging from puppy to senior and chihuahua to husky so I understand that each dog is unique and will need care adjusted to their needs and personality. My availability is flexible and dependent on your location and the amount of days you're looking for! I'm an educator, however, I'm taking a break from full time teaching to pursue my passion of permaculture. My schedule is much more flexible now and I'd like to spend my extra time with some furry friends! I'm a very tidy and clean person so I would be sure to follow any routines you have set in place as well as clean up after myself and your pet. I am comfortable kenneling your pet or letting them roam, whatever's your preference!
About: I've taken care of all kinds of animals ever since I can remember I love and care about all animals and would treat yours like my own! I'm a stay at home mom at the moment so I'm just looking for extra money to make so I can go out and do more things with my kids! I can definitely help leash train if that's something you would need or train in any other way I've trained every animal I've had so it's pretty easy for me!

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
