About: I've worked at doggy daycare/boarding facilities for 4 years, and have plenty of experience with, sitting, feeding, and medication administration! Outside of professional experience, I've been around dogs my entire life, having been raised with 3 in my family. I do currently have a job, but I'm scheduled either SUPER early in the morning or late at night so I'll be able to hang out with your babies all day! About: I grew up in a house filled with many family dogs of all different shapes, sizes and backgrounds. My grandparent raised me and I helped her look after all of her various animals from a very young age. I had my own Bernese Mt Dog Freya until November 2023, she lived until she was 12.5 years young which was an amazing achievement for her breed, she was the love of my life and hanging out with her was my all time favourite thing to do. About: Throughout my life I’ve had 2 dogs, 7 cats, and I currently live with 3 cats. I don’t have a preference between cats and dogs, I love them equally! About: I was born into a family of German Shepherd lovers, and grew up primarily taking care of our German Shepherds until about 10 years old when we also adopted cats and labradors. Once I graduated college, I adopted an 8 week old Alaskan malamute, who I cared for his entire 11 years of life until he passed just recently this past January. I am not ready to adopt again, but am missing the presence of dogs in my life and looking to fill that space by helping friends, family, neighbors and members of the community with their dog care needs. I am experienced with puppies, high maintenance animals, and especially with large breeds (my boy was 150lbs at a healthy weight and required at least 5 miles of exercise a day). I am kind, caring, uniquely experienced, energetic and reliable. I currently am only working/unavailable late Saturday and Sunday nights, and am extremely active during the week. I have plenty of free time in general. I am respectful to how you’d like your dog to be taken care of in your home and out and about, and also have my own set of everything (leashes, crate, toys, beds, etc) if need be.
