I also have professional experience as a veterinary assistant, so I’m comfortable administering medications, caring for senior or special needs pets, monitoring for health concerns, and handling additional care such as post operative care, bandage or diaper changes. My experience extends to caring for all kinds of animals, including birds, fish and fish tanks, lizards, rabbits, cattle, and chickens. I genuinely enjoy learning how to care for different types of animals and am dedicated to giving each one the care they need. At the same time, I’ll always be upfront if a type of care is outside my experience level, so you have the opportunity to find the most appropriate care for your pet. My current work schedule is with a warehouse, that being said I have a flexible schedule and can accommodate a lot more pets and schedules than I expected. I live on a farm that is fully fenced around the entire property, there is an option to have your pet(s) meet some other pets on the property and play during the day, but I also am fully prepped for keeping the dogs separate from each other for any reason if needed. When staying at your home I am respectful of privacy and rules. I will NEVER have anyone other than myself inside your home or on the property, and I will clean up after myself as well as have the home clean when you get back. I do allow dogs on furniture at my home but will not allow it if needed.

It’s a gift to be able to connect with animals. I love to return the positive energy an animal gives. I feel like every animal deserves kindness. I feel like I have a gift to be able read, understand, calm and relax and add happiness to an animal’s day. They are therapy for me as much as I feel I am for them. I’m happiest and genuinely feel most at-ease with animals. It’s important for me they feel comfortable with and around me. I know that much like human children, routine is very important to pets. I do have experience with animals that have high-anxiety, special needs and abusive backgrounds. I currently have a few tears in my meniscus which is preventing me to do rigorous walks. I will be scheduling surgery soon but that does not prevent me from tossing a ball around for a dog. I look forward to meeting and caring for your pet(s)! Although I do have a wonderful, small fenced-in yard, I live in an 800 sq ft home therefore, I think it's best to go where the pet is most-comfortable (their own home).

About: I’ve taken care of my own pets for years and taking care of family members pets as well. I’ve had multiple dogs and cats. I also have some experience with reptiles. I’m currently working part-time so I have plenty of time to watch and play with pets. I’m super flexible with schedules and can plan around anything. I have a fenced yard for my two dogs. Both dogs know, basic commands and enjoy enrichment activities. Both are fed twice a day and given plenty of attention.

About: I have been caring for animals for over 40 years and truly love being around them. Over the years I've owned and cared for dogs cats chickens goats and ducks so I'm very comfortable with different personalities needs and routines. I currently have a 17 lb rat terrier named Dutton who I've had since he was 12 weeks old. He is now almost 5 years old and absolutely the love of my life. Because of him I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet and know they're being treated like family. My home is set up to be safe and comfortable for dogs I have a fully fenced backyard with a dog run, as well as a dog door so they can come and go in and out freely. I offer weekend overnight boarding and make sure every dog in my car gets attention affection and a calm loving environment. If you need longer boarding needs we can discuss that. Take care of something I generally enjoy and prioritize in my routine. During the weekdays Im home most of the day and maintain a consistent schedule at home with morning and evening care. On weekends I'm home much more and able to give pets my full attention. This is when I offer overnight boarding so your dog will have plenty of supervision interaction and a relaxed home environment. Because I have a dog door and a fully fenced backyard with a dog run dogs in my care can safely go in and out as needed I make sure they are comfortable, cared for, and treated like part of the family while they're with me. I have a fully fenced backyard. With the dog run. A dog door so they can go in and out when they please. This gives the dog an opportunity to venture into the backyard as they like.

About: Very similarly to my history with cats, I've never known a life without at least one pup in my life! Although I don't have my own dog at the moment because I have no space for pups to play, and I know they need to be able to get energy out, and an apartment isn't the best place for that, my Mom still has two dogs that I care for often. As she did with cats, my Mom bred Lhasa Apsos on several occasions, and of course, those doggies were nothing less than completely pampered(as they should be)! I've helped with everything from bathing dogs of all sizes, to walking dogs, to actually helping with delivering puppies! I've had so many breeds of dogs, each with their own personality! I've had Lhasa Apsos, Australian Shepards, Mastiffs, a Saint Bernard, Golden Retrievers, Labradoodles, Greyhounds, and more! My Mom currently has 2 Labradoodles, and I've watched/dog sat them on several occasions. I'd love to have the opportunity to get to know you and your pup(s), and help you in any way I can! About: I have experience with small dogs, big dogs, crazy cats and shy cats. I know each animal has a different way of life. I take into consideration all of their favors and sensitivities. I want each animal to feel loved and as comfortable as possible while they are away from their parents. I mostly have open availability. I usually only work at night for about five hours for about only three days a week. I have a pretty flexible schedule and if you contact me, we can work something out! I live in an apartment. I have a small backyard with no fence. I have a park nearby where I can walk dogs. I am also willing to come to the animals home and care for them there as well.

About: Had dogs my whole life. Mines a coward and we'd need to check that he gets along with yours first, he'll get bullied if I'm not careful, the poor thing I stay home all day and spend as much of my time as possible outside. Your dog may come back muddy though, the messier you get the more fun you had and all! I am home all day with eyes/ears on the pets nearly constantly. I also spend so much time in environments that encourage explorative play and will keep most dogs too busy to get bored and act out in the first place. If a pet did act out, there's more than enough space in my place to separate animals and allow them to decompress. If at your place, mine is kennel trained for the same idea.

About: I've taken care of lots of pets through my years and I love every second of it! I'm very compassionate and very big on loving your furry friends and caring for them while you're away. Always open to every type of animal, even our scaly friends too. I'm always up for the job when it comes to our lovely best friends to be able to let them have the best experience they can get.
