Whether a pet is in my care or simply nearby, I naturally pay attention to their body language, personality, and individual needs. I genuinely enjoy getting to know each pet, and I have a habit of spoiling them with plenty of love, attention, and positive experiences, while also noticing and respecting when a pet prefers to be left alone and simply kept to their routine. My current work schedule is with a warehouse, that being said I have a flexible schedule and can accommodate a lot more pets and schedules than I expected. I live on a farm that is fully fenced around the entire property, there is an option to have your pet(s) meet some other pets on the property and play during the day, but I also am fully prepped for keeping the dogs separate from each other for any reason if needed. When staying at your home I am respectful of privacy and rules. I will NEVER have anyone other than myself inside your home or on the property, and I will clean up after myself as well as have the home clean when you get back. I do allow dogs on furniture at my home but will not allow it if needed.

About: I have compassion and am understanding for animals that is hard to put in to words. I carry empathy towards all living things. I have had several dogs of my own and know how much it means to have someone you can rely on to care for them when you’re away. I am currently at home full time and don’t have plans on that changing anytime soon. I am able to work around your schedule and as needed. I have a few appointments a week but they are only one hour at a time. The rest of my time is free. I tend to take my two dogs to the park every day to play ball or run around (depending on weather sometimes). I would love to bring yours along as well. My dogs are very friendly and know how to give your pets their own space when needed. Please keep in mind that if you need a house/pet sitter, my two dogs would have to come with me as I am single and don’t have anyone to care for them. They are great with other dogs and cats. Fully potty chained. No chewing. Keeping safe distance from other animals, always leashed, never left at home alone, reassurance to help them feel safe in the new environment, treats, nap.

About: I’ve taken care of my own pets for years and taking care of family members pets as well. I’ve had multiple dogs and cats. I also have some experience with reptiles. I’m currently working part-time so I have plenty of time to watch and play with pets. I’m super flexible with schedules and can plan around anything. I have a fenced yard for my two dogs. Both dogs know, basic commands and enjoy enrichment activities. Both are fed twice a day and given plenty of attention.

About: I've spent years hanging out with all kinds of dogs and have had a few of my own for years, so I know what makes them tick. Whether it's a bunch of playful puppies or a sweet old dog, I've taken care of them all. I have experience with newborn litters and taken care of my own elderly dogs. Because of this, I can give your dog the perfect care they need to feel happy and loved, no matter how young or old they are! I currently work a full time job but I get fridays-Sunday off. During the weekends I’m free to take your pup on walks or even house sit while you’re gone enjoying some me time. Weekdays I usually have short days and can be flexible with my hours. I have a fenced back yard, and a lovely park not even 10 min away. They can spend time with me inside and outside my home.

About: Before providing pet care with Rover, I had had the privilege of pet and house sitting for 7 local pet owners in the Ashland area for a year and a half. I have also cared for pets in Talent and Medford, and the love has been reciprocal. I enjoy actively playing with pets and getting to know their personalities. I also have a van and use it to take your dog(s) hiking in the Ashland trails or Jacksonville Forest Park, or to visit the local dog parks according to your and your pets needs and adaptability to other canines. I currently have a very flexible schedule. I sometimes do part time work as an English teacher trainer and academic writing consultant online--this allows for free time. Caring for your sweet dog(s) and/or cat(s) is paramount. I am very adaptable with regards to your home and preferences. I only request a set of instructions to fully attend to your and your pet's needs while in your home.

About: There are few things I love more than animals. Walks maybe. Or good food. All animals have a special place in my heart, and it is an honor to help care for yours. To me, animals are people too. I am currently working full-time but dedicate time every afternoon and evenings to take walks. I’m up for whatever your pet(s) need whether that means a meandering stroll in your neighborhood, a social experience in a dog park or up some hills to get the glutes working. I am always ready and willing to try new hikes and walks. I prefer care in the clients home. The pets are more comfortable at home and my job is not to disrupt the animals routine. I love learning what works for your pet and implementing that routine in a fun healthy way for your pet.
