Wendy can care for
Availability
At this time, if you are located outside of the Sandy area, I am no longer offering regular drop-in visits. I’m still happy to help on an occasion or once-in-a-while basis if you’re in a pinch. I do, however, remain fully available for overnight stays as long as my schedule is open. For overnight care, it works best if your pet is comfortable being left alone for 3-6 hrs at a time, as this aligns well with my routine. I’m mostly a homebody, but I do step out for the gym and errands, and I always make sure pets maintain a balanced and comfortable schedule. My goal is always to provide dependable, thoughtful care so your pets feel safe, and well cared for.

Safety, trust & environment
I do want to be transparent that I have a friendly 1-year-old rescue pup who may accompany me for certain bookings. He’s well-mannered, kennel trained, affectionate, and great with other animals and kids. Because of this, I’m the best fit for households whose pets are comfortable around other dogs. I always offer meet-and-greets beforehand to make sure everyone feels safe and gets along. I value working with clients whose needs and routines align with mine so I can provide the highest quality care possible. If your pets prefer being the only animals present, I completely understand. I strive to create a fun, welcoming environment where your pets feel comfortable and truly cared for while you’re away. Their happiness and well-being are always valuable. I absolutely love to snuggle and enjoy cozy couch time with pets, and I’m happy to have them on the bed as long as they’re comfortable sharing space. having an alternative sleeping spot (like a bed or crate in the room or nearby) works great too. My goal is to make sure everyone pets and humans gets a good night’s rest while keeping things safe.
