Where do I even begin!? Gabrielle was the best decision I made for the trip that I just took. She not only was ALWAYS on time, but extraordinarily detailed when it came to providing updates about my kitty. She is incredibly responsive and followed directions to the Tee. Also she is just the nicest person to work with. My cat, who can normally be aloof, became very affectionate towards her so that tells me she was nothing shy of amazing with him. I 100000% recommend her and I will be hiring her again in the future.
Isabella was AMAZING! She went above and beyond to care for my cat for 2 weeks. She spent lots of time with him and sent me tons of photos. She followed all of my instructions and did an excellent job looking after my cat. I definitely hope to hire Isabella again in the future. Highly recommend!
My cats seem to really like Michael during the weekend of drop-in visits. Went ahead and booked him again for some upcoming overnights for a longer trip I have planned. Michael was very easy to get ahold, he responded quickly and was willing to answer all the questions I had.
This was our first time using Riley’s services (and Rover in general). Riley was referred to us by a friend who had used his services before and who highly recommended him. We typically board our animals, but were not able to in this instance and Riley came through in our hour of need (even as brand new clients). After we met Riley and discovered what a nice guy he is, and how our animals seemed to be quite comfortable with him, we were so relieved that we could go on the trip we had planned. Riley communicated with us regularly with photos, came by when he said he would and executed essentially all of our very detailed instructions. We came home to happy and safe pets. We are very thankful for Riley!
Emma did daily drop-ins for our cat, Merida, while we traveled, and was wonderful! She provided tons of communication/updates, as well as sending lots of great pics. She went above and beyond to make sure Merida was taken care of and gave her lots of love and play time. Thank you Emma!!!
