“So grateful! This was my first time using Rover and I am thrilled with the match. Kathryn was awesome and took great care of our kitten. Our kitten was happy and very relaxed and this made for an easy transition. Kathryn kept us up to date with sweet pics which made it even easier to enjoy the trip and not worry at all about a thing. Kathryn also took wonderful care of our house. She even noticed some of our plants needed water and offered to take care of that. Very much looking forward to working with Kathryn again and Peanut has made a fast new friend.”

“Kat was a good send, last minute I was in need of someone to come and take care of my 7th month old puppy and stay at my place. She responded to my post in hours and was flexible as I figured out If it could work. She agreed to come and meet me first so we can connect since this was the first time I had ever hired a dog sitter. She took great care of my puppy and it was clear she is a natural. She took our pupp6 to her office well she worked, which was great because I meant she was never alone for too long. She took great care of the house and left it in great shape. Andy took care of our home and looked after our cat during the entire time, playing with her, keeping her engaged and sending us constant updates and pictures of her. By the end of the stay the two had bonded which was really surprising to us considering our cat gets nervous when we leave. “Leonard was AMAZING! My husband and I were unexpectedly left to find a dog sitter for our two dogs a couple days before we were to leave the country on a 2 wk vacation. Leonard prompty responded to our post and within 24 hours he came to our house to meet my husband and I and our dogs. He even provided references at our request. We immediately felt at ease with Leonard and my dogs loved him. All the nerves I had about leaving my dogs with a stranger quickly dissolved within 24 hour of leaving town. About: I have had many pets growing up. Had 2 Giant Schnauzers, ducks and a donkey. Recently I have a kitten that is very cute. Walk and visit dogs of my friends and neighbors and am very responsible for the well being of the pet. I have gone and bought food for the pet if there was not enough at the house while the owners are on a trip. I am working part time and will be happy to care for your pet! I do have a vehicle and familiar with the Marin County area. Am very good at follow up and confirming that I will be arriving at the time we schduled. I offer to care for your pet at your home. I will greet the pet when I arrive. Will play for a short time. Will see if the pet is thirsty or hungry. Will take water and a bowl with me and we will go on a walk that the pet is familiar with. Will clean up after the pet and throw it h away. Will take time to go to a dog park or let the pet socialize with other pets. Will walk the pet back home and make sure to give the pet treats, alot of stroking and praising the pet. I enjoy caring for the pet.

About: I may not have years of paid experience, but I make up for it with responsibility, reliability, and a true love for dogs. I follow instructions carefully and give every dog plenty of affection and playtime I do work remote so I’m able to work from home. I have a flexible work schedule so I can provide all day supervision both day and night. I have a fenced in yard so all pets cannot leave the property. I also have security cameras both in front and back of the property.

About: I have grown up with cats and dogs all of my life and have volunteered at the animal shelter on multiple occasions. I've dealt with all sizes, breeds, genders and personalities and want to meet more to give care and love. I work a full time job but some mornings, evenings or weekends I am available to help people if either they have a last minute emergency or want to plan a trip. If caring for a pet in the customer's environment, I would like to get a sense where everything is and what the pet needs. Be it food, bathroom schedules or special requests prior to sitting.

About: To ensure your pet receives individualized attention, we host only one dog at a time. We’re a good fit for dogs who are over 1 year old, 15 lbs or more, spayed/neutered, fully potty trained, and happy sleeping solo (no human beds or bedrooms). These basics help keep the vacation smooth for everyone. Pick up/drop off: 6:00am - 7:00pm. We live with a wonderful Lab named Lincoln (no current job). We are able to do walks (and runs!) through the Watershed, Deer Park, Headlands and love to take photos. For longer stays, we do field trips (including a secret dog pool in Petaluma 🤫). We try to switch each day up to provide variety. Backyard with plenty of room and recently installed dog run. Fenced from road. Also a hammock should our guest prefer a more leisurely day. ;)
