She took wonderful care of my cat, playing with him multiple times a day and regularly sending pictures so I always knew how he was doing. It's clear she genuinely loves animals. I came home to a happy, relaxed cat, just as I had left him. Madison was also incredibly responsive throughout the stay. Any time I had a question, she replied quickly and put my mind at ease. She also left the house in great shape, which I really appreciated. Leaving your pet with someone new can be a worrisome experience, but I never felt anxious once with Madison. I was completely at ease knowing my cat and home were in such capable, caring hands. I like the reviews of Ryan and scheduled a meet and greet with him to make sure he would comfortable with staying at the house. My main concern was keeping the dog and cat separated since they don't get along. Ryan sent me updates of how things were going, which was reassuring. Joplin (dog) really liked Ryan and she doesn't like everyone. We came home from our trip and Joplin was very happy to see us. Joplin actually looked the next morning to see if Ryan was still in the spare room :-). I would definitely use Ryan again in the future.”
