“So grateful! This was my first time using Rover and I am thrilled with the match. Kathryn was awesome and took great care of our kitten. Our kitten was happy and very relaxed and this made for an easy transition. Kathryn kept us up to date with sweet pics which made it even easier to enjoy the trip and not worry at all about a thing. Kathryn also took wonderful care of our house. She even noticed some of our plants needed water and offered to take care of that. Very much looking forward to working with Kathryn again and Peanut has made a fast new friend.”

“Kat was a good send, last minute I was in need of someone to come and take care of my 7th month old puppy and stay at my place. She responded to my post in hours and was flexible as I figured out If it could work. She agreed to come and meet me first so we can connect since this was the first time I had ever hired a dog sitter. She took great care of my puppy and it was clear she is a natural. She took our pupp6 to her office well she worked, which was great because I meant she was never alone for too long. She took great care of the house and left it in great shape. I'm so glad that I found Kat for the next time. We need a do sitter.”

“Our home looked better when we returned than we had left it. Luca was happy to see us and didn't want Martha to leave. We felt very comfortable leaving Luca with Martha. Martha posted us pictures every day playing with Luca and taking him for walks. Martha was wonderful and we would hire her again.”

“Mariia and Ethan were great! Excellent communicators, happy and well exercised pup and a clean house upon return. You couldn’t ask for anything more. They are responsive and responsible. We will be using them again!”

“Andy is the best pet sitter any pet parent can ask for. We had to go out of the country for two weeks, the longest we’ve been away from home and pet. Andy took care of our home and looked after our cat during the entire time, playing with her, keeping her engaged and sending us constant updates and pictures of her. By the end of the stay the two had bonded which was really surprising to us considering our cat gets nervous when we leave. Highly recommend Andy and we’ll definitely want him over for any of our future pet sitting needs.”

“Jodi was incredible with our dog, Sam. She was responsive, loving, compassionate with her care of him. She kept us well informed of his activities. Additionally, our home was well cared for. I felt completely comfortable leaving Sam in her care and would highly recommend her for caring for a family pet. I will definitely use her service moving forward. Thank you Jodi😊”

“Highly, highly recommend Nate! He’s the best. He house/dog sat our three dogs (senior/blind pug, chihuahua, and a spirited Shepard mutt) plus looked after our leopard gecko. Dogs were so well taken care of and our house was left in perfect shape! He communicated wonderfully and sent us adorable pics. Definitely will use Nate again and highly recommend.”

“Chiara was absolutely awesome! She exceeded my expectations and took such good care of ember and bjoern! She took the dog on a lot of fun adventures and was able to administer the cat’s medicine, which isn’t the easiest! She sent multiple updates daily which is so appreciated. She also left the house in great condition. Will definitely hire again!”
“Leonard was AMAZING! My husband and I were unexpectedly left to find a dog sitter for our two dogs a couple days before we were to leave the country on a 2 wk vacation. Leonard prompty responded to our post and within 24 hours he came to our house to meet my husband and I and our dogs. He even provided references at our request. We immediately felt at ease with Leonard and my dogs loved him. All the nerves I had about leaving my dogs with a stranger quickly dissolved within 24 hour of leaving town. Leonard kept us updated with daily updates/photos/videos. He treated our dogs like his own and gave them tons of love and attention. I was able to relax knowing that my dogs were being cared for in their own home by Leonard. We came home to very happy dogs! Leonard will be the first person we call the next time we need a dogsitter!”

“Jodi was fantastic! She went above and beyond to make sure our dog, Bocce, was comfortable and well cared for. Before our trip, she even came over to meet him so he’d know her. Jodi took the time to understand who he is and what he needs, which meant a lot since he’s a young, high-energy Rottweiler mix. She has a deep understanding of dogs, their behavior, and training. While we were away, she checked in regularly with updates and pictures that showed how happy and relaxed he was. Her genuine care and attentiveness gave us complete peace of mind. We were able to enjoy our trip without worry, knowing Bocce was being cared for as if he were her own. We highly recommend Jodi!”

“Lindsay did a great job watching our two girls for a few days. She asked a lot of questions when we met to make sure she had all the right info and knew specifics for each of the dogs and the house. She took great care of them and left the house tidy. Reliable, kind, and will def book again!”

About: Hi there! My name is Bella, and I’d love to help care for your furry friends. I have six years of experience with pet and house sitting. I used to volunteer at the humane society, so I am very familiar and comfortable with animals and their needs. I've worked with dogs of all ages, sizes, and abilities (deaf, blind, etc.). I’m local to Sausalito, and am happy to help you out if you’re located in Marin. Feel free to shoot me a message if you have any questions! I work a hybrid job, so I am in office a few days a week, but my schedule is flexible. I’m most free in the mornings, evenings, and on weekends, but can work in some afternoons as well! My husband, Michael, is also on my account as he serves as my backup, in case I ever need it. Communication is key! Please let me know if there are any special circumstances related safety for your pet. Personally, I keep cameras around my home for ease of mind, so I understand if you do the same.
“Amber is responsible and good natured. We enjoyed working with her. She asked good questions and seemed to be loving and kind to our dogs and our cat. We highly recommend her. It is a comfort to find someone you can trust.”

About: I have had many pets growing up. Had 2 Giant Schnauzers, ducks and a donkey. Recently I have a kitten that is very cute. I have gone and bought food for the pet if there was not enough at the house while the owners are on a trip. I am working part time and will be happy to care for your pet! I do have a vehicle and familiar with the Marin County area. Am very good at follow up and confirming that I will be arriving at the time we schduled. I offer to care for your pet at your home. I will greet the pet when I arrive. Will play for a short time. Will see if the pet is thirsty or hungry. Will take water and a bowl with me and we will go on a walk that the pet is familiar with. Will clean up after the pet and throw it h away. Will take time to go to a dog park or let the pet socialize with other pets. Will walk the pet back home and make sure to give the pet treats, alot of stroking and praising the pet. I enjoy caring for the pet.

If caring for a pet in the customer's environment, I would like to get a sense where everything is and what the pet needs. Be it food, bathroom schedules or special requests prior to sitting.
“STOP SCROLLING!!!!!! You will find no one better than Kelsey to care for your dog, or anyone. She is remarkable is the only way to put it from her communication before our booking through her stay to the endless pictures of our monsters day. She cared for our super high-energy puppy like it was her own. Words cannot express our gratitude towards her. @caring,@awesome,@puppywhisper,@youwillfindnoonebetter@thankyou”

We’re a good fit for dogs who are over 1 year old, 15 lbs or more, spayed/neutered, fully potty trained, and happy sleeping solo (no human beds or bedrooms). These basics help keep the vacation smooth for everyone. Pick up/drop off: 6:00am - 7:00pm. We live with a wonderful Lab named Lincoln (no current job). We are able to do walks (and runs!) through the Watershed, Deer Park, Headlands and love to take photos. For longer stays, we do field trips (including a secret dog pool in Petaluma 🤫).
