About: I grew up with dogs and all sorts of pets so I have been around them my entire life! I currently have an English Bulldog and a Boston Terrier who I trained when she was a puppy! In addition to this, I petsit for multiple families in my neighborhood! This ranges from overnight stays to just walking/playing outside. I am experienced with dogs of all sizes as most of my clients from home have large breeds! I also work at a dog daycare/boarding facility in the summer and volunteer at the CNYSPCA during my free time in college :) I’m currently a student at Syracuse University so during the week I have class certain days but am free before/after that and free over the weekends as well. I am very flexible when it comes to weekday scheduling as I am always willing move things around to make everything easier for you! I am a huge animal lover so know that I treat every animal with kindness and love. I will always make sure they are fed on time, have clean water in their bowls, can go on frequent walks/let outside, and lots of cuddles!

About: I have been taking care of animals since I was 8-9 years old, taught proper care and handling as well as respect for all. I have experience giving medicine regularly and as needed, bathing and brushing, assessing comfort levels and giving good ol’fashion belly rubs. I am familiar with strict meal plans and the importance of keeping up their established routines. I follow your furry friends lead, never forcing unwanted attention and respecting their boundaries. I currently work part-time and have plenty of time to help watch your lovable puppers and cats! I am available 6AM-1PM everyday with my afternoon/evening availability changing weekly, only requiring a few days notice to work out our game plan. I am currently available for in-home visits and walks, and am fully capable of running around with your dog when needed! About: No dog deserves the kennel! Why settle for the pound when they can spend a night in a home with an owner-on-loan; either in your house on in a house that has raised two other pets from puppyhood to old age? Admittedly, there are stairs and hardwood floors in my house, but I have bought several carpets for my old dog to move around on and can lay them down for your dog’s convenience. We also have a big backyard that your dog will love to run around in (and no predators, unless you count woodchucks and geese) and a long leash that can go all the way to the end of the property line. I love dogs and after a day with me, your furry friend will mistake me for his mother. I’m most busy Wednesdays-Thursdays, so I marked them out on the calendar, but if petsitting is required for several days, that is easy to accommodate! I also don’t mind waking up every few hours to take a dog out—I have not quite reached the age where sleep is important. I won’t allow your dog to roam around outside unleashed (sorry, but I don’t want to lose them!), but when they’re outside, I’ll make sure they have the freedom to run around to their heart’s content. Additionally, I’m willing to walk them in any weather they’ll put up with and even let them sleep on the couch/spare bed, if they’re not too dirty.
About: I have been taking care of animals since I was a kid! Growing up in an apartment, I was always around cats and have been taking care of my own for the last 7 years. I am a total cat lady! I have cat-sit for many friends, colleagues, and family members. I've also always loved being around friend and family members' dogs and have dog sit several times, including walking and overnight care. I am patient, respectful, and reliable for providing clear and consistent communication. As a grad student, I am also dependable for responsible and respectful service. I know that trusting someone with your pets is a big responsibility, and I will do everything I can to give your furry family members as pleasant and relaxing an experience as possible while you're away! As a PhD student, my summers are very flexible as I am mostly working on independent research projects and preparing to teach in the fall. I have a car and am able to travel for the visits. Outside of short travel dates, I am usually available throughout the day and can complete multiple visits in a day if needed. When meeting new animals, I always allow the animal to dictate how much they want me to interact with them. Along with the basics of feeding and cleaning up, I always make sure to provide the animals with some play time and comfort. I am happy to talk about your animal's specific needs and how I can best care for them.
