About: I have found a way to connect with young or old cats and dogs of all kinds through a patient, loving approach. I make animals as eager as I am to learn behavioral skills while letting them express their personality. In 2015, I fostered two kittens at the age of nine. I then rescued and made them my own. I've had cats in my household my entire life, so I am trained to take care of kittens, adult cats, and senior cats of all personality types. In 2026, I began volunteering at local animal shelters to look after dogs of all sizes and breeds. For three months of 2026, I became a full-time nanny for a two month old Portuguese Water Dog. I trained her basic skills like sit, down, and paw. I trained her behavioral skills with teething, biting, potty training, walking next to me, and not running to other people or dogs during walks. On top of that, I taught her fun tricks like high five, play dead, and spinning. I am currently a full-time college student at Syracuse University. I have classes Monday and Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Tuesday and Thursday from 12-4. I can fit taking care of pets anytime around my class schedule as that is my only big time commitment at the moment. I live in a apartment, so if I care for pets in my own place there wouldn't be a whole lot of room, but I can still manage it if needed for care outside of your home. In your home, I will stay in the respected areas you choose (living room, basement) and get an understanding from you where to get their food, water, toys, etc. If you have a yard, I can play with dogs outside. I have a car so I am able to transport dogs to parks, trails, my apartment, etc.

About: I'm an enthusiastic dog walker and sitter that has a passion for dogs and rescuing them. I have been involved in dog rescue and fostering in the Syracuse area for a number of years. I've cared for a number of my own dogs and cats from young to seniors. I've also been a foster parent to a number of dogs when rescues needed someone. I can handle the most challenging of dogs down to little babies and everything in between. Your dog will get plenty of love and attention when I'm around! I give all dogs the same love and affection I would give my own dog and see the importance of cuddle and buddy time along with good exercise. I show confidence when I'm with a dog so that they know there is trust with me from the beginning. I currently work part time, so have plenty of time to spend with your fur baby. I am always available after 3:00 p.m. during the week, before 8:00 a.m. or anytime on the weekends. I've got a very pet friendly home. I live in a single story, ranch house that has a fully fenced back yard. I do not have children at home that we would need to worry about and I'm very respectful if needed to go into a client's home. Safety and security are always at the forefront.

About: I am very responsive and encourage owners to contact me any time while pet or house sitting. I have owned cats, and dogs from big to small all of my life. I am extremely attentive to animal behaviors and ensure friendly care. Cats with who are highly active or generally calm will still receive flexible at home care including but not limited to: Scheduled walks, feeding, playtime, and accident clean up. My availability varies from afternoons, evenings, and early mornings upon request. I am currently working part time and am available primarily during the weekday early afternoons, and late evenings. My weekend availability has morning flexibility upon request, and late afternoons/evenings. I am adaptable and offer services to my clients home for sitting, but am available for walks, playtime, and exercise to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment is maintained. My main source of transportation is driving, which can allow for travel to parks or weather inclement more accessible.

About: I have taken care of both cats and dogs my whole life of all different breeds, tempers, ages, and energy levels. I have also taken care of fish, horses, turtles and hamsters so I am a true lover of all animals. I am currently working part-time and am a student so i have lots of gaps and free time to take care of pets from being around them frequently so as not to be left alone as well as an active routine so would include dogs in my daily walks and take the time to play with them as well as cats indoors. As an experienced owner of energetic dogs large and small, small pets (hamsters, fish, guinea pigs) and cats of all temperaments (kitten to senior) I am well versed in the necessary activities a pet needs to thrive. Not only is company, food, and bathroom breaks required but also lots of stimulation, play, long walks, and exercise so your pet can flourish.

About: My husband and I own our home in the Sedgwick neighborhood, which has a fenced-in backyard and lots of safe space for long walks and playtime. We do not own a dog at the moment, so we have plenty of energy and love to go around! We also have years of experience caring for our dogs and sitting for friends who own dogs in a wide range of sizes and breeds. I pride myself on how well dogs listen to me when I try to train them to listen and maybe try a trick or two to keep their minds engaged and give them an enriching daily life. Please consider hiring us; your furry friends will be safe in very loving and nurturing hands. We both work less than 15 minutes away from home (Mon-Fri, 830-4) with full availability on Saturdays and Sundays. Because of our sedentary work lives, we try to stay active when we're not working with lots of walks and time outside. Owning our own home with a fenced-in yard allows us to give dogs of any size the room to explore and rest wherever they feel comfortable. We are attentive and LOVE the energy that a dog brings to our home. About: Hello! I graduated high school in 2022. During my senior year I attended the Bixhorn Technological Center for Animal Science Boces. There I learned a plethora of skills and knowledge including but not limited to, both animal behavior and phycology, as well as husbandry, nutrition, and grooming. I am trained and capable of administering insulin, as well as I have experience caring for disabled and paralyzed dogs:) I first joined rover in 2024 while attending community college on Long Island, since then I’ve worked a variety of farm jobs as well. Most recently the Suffolk county farm; there I was responsible for the care and livelihood of a variety of livestock from poultry, goats, pigs, llamas, horses, and cows. Please feel free to reach out with questions about farm help as well I would love to do it again! I stepped back from rover this past year for personal reasons, however I just transferred to SUNY ESF and would love to get back into pet care! Right now, I am attending SUNY ESF here in Syracuse NY. I am looking to explore the city and help others with needed pet care :) I am available for overnight care if contacted in advance, but I am always available for regular potty breaks, walks, and play time as needed. I have experience both coming for visits and staying in home for pet sitting,

About: Growing up my family owned a dog as well as a cat, and I helped tend to the care of both animals in the home. I believe that having this responsibility engraved in me from a young age has helped shape me to be a solid pet care taker now. I was able to experience first hand the changes in a pets life as they age, both behaviorally and physically. I also have taken care of friends and family’s pets in their homes while they are away, most owning multiple types of pets from dogs, cats, and even bearded dragons. I currently work a full-time job at a bakery. My shifts/days off would be: Tuesday-Friday 4am-2pm Saturday-Sunday open availability For any overnight sitting needs, I will probably do best with an owner looking for a weekend sitter as my 10hr shifts can be a long time away from the home. On the other hand, for any drop in visits or walks I am free after I get out of work at 2pm to assist in any late afternoon care! As well as my open availability on the weekends I can not unfortunately offer to care for pets in my own home, as it is unfenced and has a cat residing that does best as a single pet. This is something I can recognize, so it is best that I come to the clients home. A pet communicates with people in so many ways, and the best way to create a safe environment for both you and the pet is to understand those behaviors. I have a good understanding of reading an animal and when boundaries are being set, whether they are done with play time and need space, or need some extra attention. Any pet care details left by the owner, I follow very closely to give the pet the closest experience they can get to a typical day in the home with the owner.
