About: I have fostered over fifty dogs and cats for the SPCA of Northern Nevada, and fostered my cat Chandler as a kitten before adopting him. I have an open schedule with a lot of daily availability and my own vehicle, and can assist with pet care on weekends and weekdays. About: I have had 4 dogs and 7 cats throughout my life and have held a special connection with each of them! I have been taking care of pets since I was very young and have experience walking dogs and taking care of cats, both my pets and other peoples pets! It fits easily and naturally into my weekly schedule! I am a student at Willamette University but while on summer break, I have a lot of free time outside of my part-time job. About: I've been working extensively and training with dogs, cats, and horses for over a decade! I love animals of all sizes. I worked with a professional trainer to train my first dog at age 15. I've carried those skills over to train my current adventure cat, and my friends' cats and dogs. I'm comfortable getting messy whether it's giving baths or hiking in the mud and rain. Austen was awesome! He provided really detailed visit summaries with lots of pictures. We rested easy knowing that our cat was getting such wonderful care. Our area also had a power outage and he even looked up how to reset the fridge to stop the outage beeping. We would use him again in a heart beat and happily recommend him to others!

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
