About: Hi, my name is Kathryn and I love dogs and cats. I grew up taking care of them and would love to meet yours. I currently have 2 dogs. I really like this job because I’m getting into better shape with the best exercise partners there are and I can’t get enough of those fur-babies :) I have been working out of my clients’ homes and my own taking care of my clients’ dogs since March 2019 - mostly pet sittings these days, including taking them on walks and giving them one-on-one attention. They enjoy cuddles and belly rubs, fetch, tug-of-war, whatever makes them happy. While I do accept last-minute bookings, I do charge a fee if there’s no time to do a meet and greet before the sitting starts. I am also very skilled at drawing and painting them, so if you’re interested in getting a portrait of them done, don’t hesitate to ask. :) I am currently working from home as a reseller and working on selling my art for a living, so I can work my primary job around any pet care I will be doing :) I will do my best to stick to whatever routine your fur babies are used to doing so they will be happy. If there is a yard for them to run in, that will be how they go outside, unless walks are necessary for their wellbeing. Letting them out is easier, but their happiness and wellbeing is most important.

About: I have taken care of animals since I was a kid. I have experience with a wide range of dogs. Ranging from small dogs to large such as German Shepards and Great Danes all the way to chihuahuas. I take pride in having the patience in getting to know each animal and their needs. I have a calming caring demeanor and work hard to build trust with each animal. I have a lot of experience walking dogs, feeding, house sitting cats and dogs and am a go to for friends and family. I am currently working part time and would love to fill my schedule caring for your pets! After losing my lab a few years ago, I often seek opportunities to build connections with animals of all sizes and ages. About: Im passionate about all animals! When your pet stays with me they will spend the day doing puzzles, playing on the pawsome playground, and enjoying TLC. I offer new chew toys and treats and lots of love! I am a homemaker with free availability, I wake up early and spend a lot of time outdoors. I am flexible with schedules and routines to fit your needs. I have a nice sized backyard and lots of indoor activities: puzzles, new chew toys and more. Lots of cuddles, playtime, and treats are shared and given throughout the day.

About: I've been an animal lover as long as I can remember. When I was 9 years old, my Dad got me my first Golden Retriever for Valentine's Day 1998. Her name was Star. I wanted a Golden because I fell in love with Shadow from "Homeward Bound". Star was my best friend, and we trained together in Canine Good Citizenry and agility. She could jump through hula hoops, over my arm, and she knew all sorts of tricks. I also love horses and used to spend summers and spring breaks on my cousin's farm in Apopka, Florida where she was the Barn Manager for a gal who rode in the Irish Olympics for the Equestrian Team. I had my own horse when I was younger, but we sadly had to sell her when my mother passed away when I was 9 years old. I've had dogs and cats off and on my entire life, but sadly, I just recently moved to Oregon and do not have any pets of my own right now for a few reasons: The first is that I'm working diligently to get established in Oregon and currently have a Mon-Thursday schedule with the City of Salem that requires me to be away from home for over 10 hours a day. Second, my roommate has a sick and aging cat who is not doing well, and we do not want to stress him out by adding pets to the house right now. Hopefully, my roommate will be able to reconsider when things change, but for now, Bok Choy (and his comfort) is our main priority at my house. Third, I'm hoping to move my Dad out to Oregon within the next 3 years, but for now, he is living alone as a retiree in Georgia, where I grew up. He is very attached to our dog Hank, and even though I'm definitely Hank's favorite person, I couldn't stand the thought of separating those two because I felt like my Dad needs Hank more than I do as Hank is his reason to get up in the morning! I miss Hank more than words can express, but I think we made the right call because Hank does not like being alone, and Dad can accommodate this as he is retired whereas I am in the main career years. I have previous dog sitting experience, but sadly, my identity was hacked, and I lost all of my photos on my Facebook account and lost many of my contacts through my old email address that I lost access to. I have also done amateur dog training and hope to get a professional certification in dog training within the next 12 months. I am happy to house sit during my work week if you only have cats that need tending after office hours. I won't be accepting house sitting for dogs unless there is an understanding of my work schedule and the dog has access to a doggy door and a yard or puppy pads are used during the day. I would highly recommend finding a sitter who can be with your dog during the business day instead of requesting me if you have dogs and need assistance during my work week (Mon-Thurs). This is a Side Hustle for me, but it also the more meaningful of my jobs because I love animals more than anything else in this world, and being around them is good for my mental health. I currently work Monday-Thursday until 4:30PM so it will be difficult for me to provide overnight dog sitting until Thursday after 5 PM unless your dog has access to a doggy door or puppy pads. I would highly recommend finding a sitter who does this full time if you need assistance during business hours Monday-Thursday. When I am at your house, your pet is my priority. If they need exercise or stimulation, we will make that happen. I will almost feel guilty for getting paid for it because it will literally be my pleasure. I will ask you to leave detailed instructions that will make my life easier and expect you to extend trust to me to do my job well. I understand it is difficult and that trust is earned and not freely given, but we need to have a clear discussion before you leave about what your expectations are so I can decide If I can meet those in a way that will not cause me undue anxiety. If you need someone after 5PM Mon-Thursday or anytime on the weekends, I am your sitter!

About: I have grown up being surrounded by dogs! My dad always had dogs in our home. I raised my pitbull/lab mixed breed dog Nala from when I was the age of Ten until she passed away when I was 21 years old. She taught me a lot about being a pet owner as well as a person! She was my best friend🤍 I am a very active, responsible, and empathetic person! I enjoy being outdoors going on long walks, hikes, and runs! I’m always down for a furry friend to tag along :) My current work schedule is 6am to 6pm Sunday through Tuesday :) I am available throughout the week on my days off for some pet care! I am respectful of other spaces! I like to stay occupied and am willing to go on adventures with your fur baby! I am full of love to give for animals. My full time job is caregiving so I’m the kind of person to place others needs before my own, but I do prioritize my health so I’m always in tip top shape for whoever/whatever needs my attention!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs(my own) and others since I was 10. Recently adopted a 3 year old Malinois mix who is a sweetie and really good with other dogs. Since then I have interacted with a bunch of dogs and learned a lot. Our Malinois is trained and loves all types of dogs. We have taught her some tricks so maybe I can teach your dog some too 😎. I’m currently not working so your dog would be my primary job. I can take them to parks, on hikes or whatever requests are given I deeply respect every individual pet and their specific needs. Whether it’s taking them to the park or taking a nice stroll on the neighborhood so they have enough time to smell every plant, I take great care in every aspect of your pet’s stay/care with me. I live in an apartment, with plentiful grassy areas and park nearby, but also don’t mind going to a client’s house. At the end of the day, I care for every pet the same way I care for my own, with compassionate care and safety at the core.

About: I have been to go to pet sitter in my neighborhood all of my life. I've dealt with one neighbor's dog in particular who is a difficult dog and requires medication. Pet care is always my number one priority because if someone was taking care of my dog, I would want the same level of care that I provide. I like to learn and also know the routine of the animal I'm watching to best fit their needs and learn or change when necessary.

About: I enjoy spending time with animals. I'm really passionate about it and will care for any animal as if it were my own child. I'm an extroverted person who enjoys being helpful and kind to animals thus, I'm genuinely happiest when I get to take care of a pet. I can take care of your pet at any time of day because my other employment allows me to have a flexible schedule. All I ask is a 24-hour heads-up. I take care of the animals by feeding them, playing with them, walking them, and providing for their needs. If necessary, I can even give them a bath. I also offer all animals my time, attention, and compassion.

About: Hi, I'm Kit!! I've had a dog in my home as long as I could remember, responsible for feeding and walks as soon as I was old enough to control the leash and reach the food container. I've raised a puppy from 8 weeks all the way to his last breaths as an old man. Dogs are my heart, and I want to help yours have the best time when you're away. I have a full time job but while they are are in my care, your pets are my priority! Anything they need, I'll take care of it as if they were my own fur-babies! I have a dog of my own who loves to make friends for play dates. At your home, your rules are my laws, and I'll follow them to the letter to make sure your babies are well taken care of!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for neighbors and family friends. I was a recurrent dog sitter for a year and I would take dogs on walks, follow their food schedule, and also take some time throughout the day to continue simple parts of their training. I’m currently available part time, mainly on the weekends and Wednesdays where i’m available from early morning to late afternoon. Im currently only able to do drop ins and walking for your puppies or cats. For my clients home, i’ll be there to take care of your pets and only do as you instructed. I’ll play with your pets and if preferred, I can take your pet on a walk around your neighborhood.
