I'm a veterinary professional of 5 years, so I absolutely adore spending time with dogs of all sizes and personality. One of my dogs, Shay is a rescue, with all of the baggage that can come with that. Because of his issues and the progress he's made, I feel comfortable working with dogs with behavioral problems if that meets your needs. If your dog has issues with pulling, reactivity or is incredibly timid, I'm happy to handle that and help work through their issues if needed. If there is some level of aggression we'd need to talk through safety measures before hand but I'd love to work something out to help your kiddo as well. I don't believe in bad dogs, just dogs who need some additional patience and understanding to help them feel safe in the world. I'm finishing up a certification as a professional dog trainer (Family Dog Mediator) and really would just love the opportunity to enrich your dog's life during every visit. I believe in engaging with each animal on a holistic level, not just on the physical. I think this is where the magic happens on a walk, when they can build a relationship with the person with them, not just exploring the world around them.
