I'm a veterinary professional of 5 years, so I absolutely adore spending time with dogs of all sizes and personality. One of my dogs, Shay is a rescue, with all of the baggage that can come with that. Because of his issues and the progress he's made, I feel comfortable working with dogs with behavioral problems if that meets your needs. If your dog has issues with pulling, reactivity or is incredibly timid, I'm happy to handle that and help work through their issues if needed. If there is some level of aggression we'd need to talk through safety measures before hand but I'd love to work something out to help your kiddo as well. I don't believe in bad dogs, just dogs who need some additional patience and understanding to help them feel safe in the world. I'm finishing up a certification as a professional dog trainer (Family Dog Mediator) and really would just love the opportunity to enrich your dog's life during every visit. I believe in engaging with each animal on a holistic level, not just on the physical. I think this is where the magic happens on a walk, when they can build a relationship with the person with them, not just exploring the world around them. My preference is to keep your pets in or near your home where they're most comfortable. One of my dogs is fearful of strangers, so for your baby's safety they will never meet.

Sami takes such good care of my sweet but very shy and skittish boy. She is able to give him pets most of the time.
Sami is always reliable and takes such great care of my scared, non-friendly cat, Zoomy. She makes sure he has food, water, and a safe place when he decides to come out from under the bed. I appreciate her and will always see if she is available when I have to be away from home.
I'm so happy I chose Sami. Sami sent me photos every day and never judged me for all the dust under the bed, and she took excellent care of Zoomy. I have another trip coming up in January and I will definitely rebook Sami.

Dude, Sami is the absolute best! Sami is so gentle with animals, my little shy Rory was in such good hands! Rory wasn't nervous around Sami at all: Sami truly knows how to interact with Animals. I know my babies are in good hands with her around! I cannot recommend her enough!
She work amazingly with pets, and I appreciate their kindness and knowledge about the pets entrusted to them. Goes above and beyond to try and make the pets comfortable, would recommend to anyone!
