My dog is older and through out his entire life I had been able to be there with him. Unfortunately, my situation has shifted and it breaks my heart that, now, when it feels like he needs me the most, I am suddenly less available. Malie has been such a relief. She is incredibly patient, attentive, and compassionate, and truly understands the unique needs that come with caring for an older dog. Not only is she able to connect and care for my dog, it also stood out to me was how confident and responsible she is with medication administration. From keeping to his schedule to making sure he stays comfortable and stress-free, I always feel completely at ease knowing my dog is getting the care he needs and in the same way as if I were giving it. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, dependable, and especially skilled with an older dog with medical needs, I would absolutely recommend Malie without hesitation. She communicates well, pays attention to details, and genuinely treats them like family, even with all the extra care and attention required.

Leaving my pets with a sitter is somewhat of a challenge for me as I have a menagerie including medically fragile rabbits, cats, and leash-reactive dogs.
