“We threw a small superbowl party at our home. Floki does not do well with guests stopping by, so we searched for near by dog sitter to watch him for the evening. We met with Jordan a couple weeks prior to dropping Floki off. He did well with him and his son. Jordan sent pictures throughout his, putting our mind to ease! The picture of our dog with his head on his son's lap was PERFECT! Like I said, he doesn't do well with strangers stopping by so this made both of us very happy receiving this photo! Floki is a very energetic dog and he was tired when he came home. Jordan took Floki for 2 long walks which was not expected but appreciated! He went above and beyond previous sitters!!! So grateful to have found him! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Oh and another thing that we must mention, he got along with the other dogs he cared for; out of the norm for Floki! About: I have had 3 dogs of my own for years that I’ve helped train and take care of alongside my family. I have also been paid for and asked to take care of my families dogs or other pets multiple times. I have had 3 cats as well, so I’m pretty well knowledgeable in both areas of care. Im working part time at the moment and have space between and after my classes to take care of whatever business and pet sitting necessary :) I am very patient and careful with dogs with knowing many temperaments are different and unique. I’ve dealt with bigger dogs so I’m not easily nervous around noisy dogs.

About: I've been taking care of my families pets as well as the pets of my friends, and neighbors since I was a kid! We never had less than three animals in the house and would always watch over our neighbors pets when they were gone. I have also worked as a pet sitter for many other families in a more professional setting. Taking care of animals isnt always clean or easy but its worth it to me to see them happy. I do my best to treat your pets like family knowing that I would want the same treatment for my cat when I rely on someone to watch her! I am not available in the mornings unless I am taking care of them across multiple days. I am available in the afternoon and evenings both during the week and weekends. I am not able to keep your pets in my home because I have a very non-friendly cat. However I am more than happy to spend an afternoon with them at the park, take them on a short walk, or just stop in to make sure they are doing ok. I am also able to stay at your home or check on your pets multiple times per day if you will be out of town.

About: Hi there! I'm a lifelong animal lover with years of hands-on experience caring for pets of all kinds. I’ve volunteered at animal shelters throughout my life and have personally adopted 6 dogs, 5 rats, 1 cat, and even a chinchilla—each one bringing joy and unforgettable memories. Currently, I share my home with my sweet pup, Xena. I’m patient, attentive, and quick to adapt to each pet’s unique needs. I have strong knowledge of dog training, behavior, and wellness, and I’m comfortable caring for dogs with medical needs or special quirks. Whether it’s playtime, walks, cuddles, or structured care, your dog will be in loving, capable hands with me. I currently work full time but I live very close to my work so I am home at lunch time to check on things and give a potty break. I have no long commute or traffic to worry about. On the weekends, I stay in the area or take pups out for hikes! Boarding: To introduce, your pup will have an entire room gated off with a baby gate to acclimate to the new environment. Then, your pup will be welcomed to explore the home.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 16 whenever my family or friends go out of town I’m always the go to person for pet sitting following each direction from feeding bathing to night time. I also send out updates so no worry’s. I am currently available Monday through Sunday, offering flexible scheduling for walks, drop-ins, and overnight care, including weekends, holidays, and last-minute requests when needed , but if plans change please let me know 2 or 3 days before thank you When caring for pets, their safety is always my top priority. I make sure doors, gates, and fences are secure before letting pets outside, keep harmful foods and household items out of reach, and closely monitor their behavior for any signs of stress or illness. I follow each pet’s routine and the owner’s instructions carefully, provide plenty of supervision, and create a calm, safe environment where every pet feels comfortable, loved, and well cared for.
About: I started on Rover back in 2018 boarding dogs in my home! Now I'm available to do drop in visits for dogs and cats. I have a cat of my own named Peach who is 5 now. Dogs and cats tend to like me, which is a plus! I work at a bank full time but looking to make extra money in my free time. I'm mostly available evenings after work and weekends! I work Mon-Fri but I'm available in the evenings after 5:30 pm. I have open availability on weekends at the moment. I have a lot of experience watching dogs in the past, whether it be for friends/family or clients on Rover. Recently, I've been doing drop ins for cats and I really enjoy it! When it comes to taking care of your pet in your own home, I think it best to tell me what needs to be done during the visit. Where food/supplies are, if they need to be put in a kennel before I leave, what their habits are like and what to look out for if anything. Everyone has different rules when it comes to their animals and I will be 100% respectful of your home and property.
About: Hi Friend! I have a lot of experience taking care of dogs, big and small (ie. pugs, pit bulls, Dobermans). I am also a Doberman mom. 🐾 I currently have a very flexible schedule. However, I am more consistently available in the mornings and on the weekends. I am happy to make your pet care a part of my weekly routine. :) I provide care in my client’s home according to the guidelines they provide me with. It is imperative that I ensure that their pet feels safe and respected when I am providing care.
About: I recently trained my high energy border collie mix puppy and although he’s still a teenager, he’s turned out to be a calm, caring, and gentle pup. Most of my pet sitting care has been done for cats, but I have house sat for a family with a Newfoundland, so I have experience with large breeds. I also have cared for a smaller dog that has OCD and separation anxiety. Thanks to the research and dedication that went into puppy training, I’m well aware of what their body language is signaling, and how to adapt according to what they’re feeling. I work from home, so my schedule is flexible. My weekends are pretty flexible as well. Most of my plans are in the evenings (if I do have plans). I give my pets a predictable routine. The cats need a lot of attention as they’re very social. I take my pup to the dog park every couple of days, but I also tire him out through walks, herding games, and mental stimulation.

“We threw a small superbowl party at our home. Floki does not do well with guests stopping by, so we searched for near by dog sitter to watch him for the evening. We met with Jordan a couple weeks prior to dropping Floki off. He did well with him and his son. Jordan sent pictures throughout his, putting our mind to ease! The picture of our dog with his head on his son's lap was PERFECT! Like I said, he doesn't do well with strangers stopping by so this made both of us very happy receiving this photo! Floki is a very energetic dog and he was tired when he came home. Jordan took Floki for 2 long walks which was not expected but appreciated! He went above and beyond previous sitters!!! So grateful to have found him! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Oh and another thing that we must mention, he got along with the other dogs he cared for; out of the norm for Floki! We're definitely going to use him for future events.”

About: I have owned and cared for dogs, cats, and small animals my entire life, giving me an intuitive understanding of daily feeding, play, and comfort routines. I have also had lots of experience dog sitting for neighbors friends and family! I'm currently working part-time, so I'll have plenty of time to play with your pups! I’m available to do daytime checkups, walks, boarding, along with overnight stays with your pups while you’re away! I have a huge open grass field right by my house and a very friendly boxer dog Hazel ready to play with your pups! I also have a local dog park I take my dog to if open to me taking your dog!
