Hi there! I'm a lifelong animal lover with years of hands-on experience caring for pets of all kinds. I’ve volunteered at animal shelters throughout my life and have personally adopted 6 dogs, 5 rats, 1 cat, and even a chinchilla—each one bringing joy and unforgettable memories. Currently, I share my home with my sweet pup, Xena. I’m patient, attentive, and quick to adapt to each pet’s unique needs. I have strong knowledge of dog training, behavior, and wellness, and I’m comfortable caring for dogs with medical needs or special quirks. Whether it’s playtime, walks, cuddles, or structured care, your dog will be in loving, capable hands with me.

Boarding: To introduce, your pup will have an entire room gated off with a baby gate to acclimate to the new environment. Then, your pup will be welcomed to explore the home.

Pakuna was wonderful and took great care of our kitties. They don’t have complicated meds but they require special care and she was friendly in our meet and greet, took great notes, followed instructions, and sent great pictures and notes throughout the visit. Highly recommend Pakuna for your pet care.
Pakuna took great care of our dog! Our dog was happy and healthy when we picked her up after boarding. She got lots of walks and lots of attention. Our dog has tons of health issues and restrictions, but Pakuna handled everything perfectly. She is thorough and pays attention to dog behavior very well. She will be our first choice for boarding from now on 😊
Pakuna was wonderful with my pup, and offered to cancel payment for a visit when they were unable to be there at the requested time. They were immediately responsive to this nervous dog-mom who was using Rover for the very first time. I wish the app could let me give an extra half point for the responsiveness and excellent communication.
Pakuna took extremely good care of our dog Ruby. Pakuna kept us well informed, sending us daily notes and photos. Ruby was clearly very comfortable with her and her dog. Upon returning, Ruby was happy to see us but was clearly at home and happy to be with Pakuna. We would leave Ruby with Pakuna in the future, should we have further need.
She did amazing with Finn. He was so happy and healthy.
Pakuna was wonderful! She sent updates, pictures, and videos. My dog was grinning ear to ear in every picture and he played great together with Pakuna’s dog, Xena. We will definitely be using her services again and I highly recommend her care. She took my dog for regular walks, and even for a drive and to a local park. He probably thought he was on a vacation!! I am so grateful to have found Pakuna through Rover as my first time experience with the app. Everything has been great!!

Schedule
I currently work full time but I live very close to my work so I am home at lunch time to check on things and give a potty break. I have no long commute or traffic to worry about. On the weekends, I stay in the area or take pups out for hikes!
