“Erin was a life saver this week! With my husband out of town for a week and me with my hands full with a three year old and baby, getting out to walk our energetic and LOUD husky was going to be a challenge. Erin was always right on time and such a great communicator. I liked and trusted her immediately and Aurora Dog warmed up to her right away as well. She started waiting at the door for her in the morning. Thank you so much Erin!”

“Bonnie was wonderful taking care of our senior dog. We will definitely book again with her! She was very easy to communicate, very patient and very flexible too. Thank you again.”

“Giovanna was so kind and took such great care of our pup! Both walks included great photos and a detailed overview of the fun they had. They were also longer than the requested time. We will absolutely book again!!!”

About: I have been a dog owner/carer since I was young, and as an adult I have owned many dogs. My dogs are like my children and I have only ever used Rover for their care, which is why I know I would make a great sitter. I am retired, live an active lifestyle and have a pup who will be 2 in June 2025. We walk at least twice a day and hit the dog park for extra exercise. I am retired and can make anything work, including early morning dropoffs, late night pickups, plenty of potty breaks and walks. Also any number of drop ins to your home. I do charge an extra $30 for any booking request within 24 hours of a sit, as I may need to rearrange my schedule. I do not have a fenced yard but I do have a decent front and side yard. The local walking path and park is just a block away. I can offer one portable crate if needed. My own pet stays in a crate at night and when I am away. I have a gate to the stairs and she is not upstairs.

“Caroline has been wonderful for the first few visits, I'm excited for our puppy to get more time with her in the future. She went above and beyond what we had hoped for, even bringing her own dog to walk with ours today. She's great with dogs, timely, professional, and friendly, and I'm certain that Cascade is looking forward to their time together in the future!”

“Cleb walked our dogs over a period of two months. He was always punctual and very pleasant . My dogs were always excited to see him when he arrived. I would definitely recommend him to others and book him again.”

About: I’ve been a dog lover and animal-obsessed human for as long as I can remember! I’ve grown up with dogs of all sizes and personalities, and caring for them has always been second nature to me. From training a playful puppy to gently caring for senior dogs with complex health needs, I’ve handled it all with patience, love, and lots of treats. What sets me apart is not just my experience, but the way I treat every pet like they’re my own. I’m attentive to details, comfortable administering medications, and quick to pick up on behavior cues. Whether it’s energetic walks, snuggly downtime, or special care routines, your pup will be in safe, loving hands with me. Pet care fits perfectly into my life because I’m a total homebody and love having furry company around! I work a hybrid job with a very flexible schedule, so I’m home often during the week and completely free on weekends. Whether it’s daily walks, playtime, or just being around for comfort and companionship, I have the time and flexibility to give your pet the attention they deserve. In my home, pets are treated like family! I have a fenced-in yard area that’s perfect for safe outdoor play, plus plenty of walking trails nearby for fun, scenic adventures. My space is cozy and pet-friendly with lots of toys, blankets, and extra supplies on hand, including crates if needed. I pay close attention to each pet’s individual needs, whether that’s sticking to their regular feeding and potty schedule, giving medication, or just providing extra snuggles. I also love making homemade dog treats (with owner approval, of course!) as a fun, healthy bonus. Whether your pet is staying with me or I’m caring for them in your home, I do everything I can to make them feel safe, loved, and at ease.

About: My family had a boxer that we raised from 10 weeks to 12 years old, I have experience with puppy's all the way to senior dogs. I've watched family's, neighbors, and friends dogs. I have experience with chihuahuas, labs, boxers, Brittany spaniels, and schnauzers and mixed breed dogs. I am a college student home for the summer, and I'm going into my 3rd year, and am on the deans list, and committed to getting good grades, being reliable and dependable, and willing to help provide a loving home for your pet! I can provide names and phone numbers upon request for references. We recently had to lay our Boxer to rest, so your pet will be given a lot of love and affection and help fill our empty home. I still live with my parents, but my mother works from home, so your pet will never be alone. As of right now, this is my only job. Though as stated before, someone will always be home with your pet so they can receive the adequate amount of care that they need. I'm also available for dog walking, potty breaks at the pets home, and pretty much everything. We have a fenced in yard, dogs are allowed on the couch, bed and all areas of our home. Whether you prefer kennel or no kennel either works for us, walks will be provided upon request and medication for senior dogs will be administered if needed. I am open for helping in whatever way I can, and I am willing to accommodate within reason.

“Kristi was very responsive, and it was a Holiday too. I needed my dog walked but was suffering from a strained muscle in my hip. She jumped in last minute. My dog came back with the calm demeanor that I appreciate after he gets some exercise. It was a relief. Very relieved.”

About: I've lived with dogs most my life. I took my childhood dog to puppy classes in petsmart and have used that knowledge to help my friends with their dogs. I'm able to read body language and anticipate needs. I love walking and playing outside. Lost dogs have been able to trust me to help them find their way home since I was a kid. Animals love me as much as I love them 💕 I'm available to take care of your pets when needed, and have a flexible schedule that allows me to do so. I love animals and hope to help others take care of their animals. Having a calm and quiet personality has always allowed animals to feel safe and secure around me. I'm able to care for them by showing genuine affection towards them. My current living situation does not all for me to have pets and I'm looking forward to loving and taking care of yours as I would my own.

About: I care for each pet as if they were my own. I walk, run and play with them. I treat every pet like a friend, offering comfort, attention and emotional connection. I bathe my dog about every other month. We have a routine in the morning with a walk before breakfast. Sometimes a walk around lunch time and another one after work is done. He is well loved and treated like a family member. I work full time Monday through Friday. I am in my office 3 half days and at home the other 2 days. I could stop at someone’s place on my way home to spend time with a dog and walk them. I can also stop over after work and later in the evening. In my home I have a fenced in yard that my dog can run free and play. If I am in a clients home I would make sure that there is nothing that the dog/puppy could get into after spending time with them/walking them.

Geraldine S.
“What’s special about Geraldine? She’s the most kind, compassionate, giving human being I’ve ever met, she would be an excellent candidate to take care of any animal as she is very compassionate and very caring. I’ve known her for 50+ years and she is without a doubt my favorite human. I hope this honest testimonial is what is needed for her to perhaps take care of a pet.”

Amanda O.
“I cannot say enough great things about Amanda and the amazing care she gave my dog while I was away. From the moment they met, my pup absolutely adored her — tail wags, excited barks, and all! Amanda has such a natural connection with animals, and it was clear from the start that my dog felt safe, happy, and loved in her care. While I was gone, Amanda kept me updated with pictures and sweet messages, which gave me so much peace of mind. She went above and beyond — not just feeding and walking, but truly spending quality time with my dog, keeping her routine, and showering her with affection. I came home to a relaxed, happy pup, and it was clear she had been in the best hands. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to ask Amanda to dog sit again — and honestly, I think my dog is already counting down the days until she gets to see her again!”

Jazmin & Mary C.
“Jazmin took care of my Chihuahua named Lily. Lily is not your ordinary Chihuahua. She is very timid. She normally does not go to people easily. She is very guarded. I brought her to Jazmin‘s house and it was the weirdest thing she immediately took to Jazmin. Jazmin seemed a little quiet at first, but I sure found out how dedicated she is to taking care of fur babies. It seems like her whole family was behind her and absolutely love dogs. I hope she continues to do Rover because I don’t think I could trust my Lily to anyone else. I could just feel the love.”

Kristy O.

“Kristi was very responsive, and it was a Holiday too. I needed my dog walked but was suffering from a strained muscle in my hip. She jumped in last minute. My dog came back with the calm demeanor that I appreciate after he gets some exercise. It was a relief. Very relieved.”

Deborah A.

Jennifer P.
“We've used Jennifer for years watching our pup during vacations. She along with her kids treat our dog like family. When we arrive home from our vacation, our dog is no longer as excited as she used to be seeing us. Our dog misses her kids, her daily walks, and her new found friend the cat. This new found relationship has created us utilizing Jennifer throughout the month when work pulls my wife and I away giving our puppy more time with her. Having Jennifer in our corner has given my wife and I peace of mind knowing our puppy is safe, happy and getting her steps in. We couldn't recommend her enough. Bonus, she loves cats as well. This is not how our cat feels about people, however, when Jennifer shows up our cat runs right up to welcome her to our home.”

Kaylee R.

“Thank you for taking such good care of Afton while we were away!”

Grace C.
“Grace is a pet lover. She will seek out animals to cuddle play with etc. she walks and runs my 93 lb. Dog. Makes sure he always has food and water and plenty of cuddles. I would have her take care of him anytime and not worry about him at all. She is very trust worthy.”

Greta E.

“Great communication and my dog, Charlie, seemed very happy on her walks!”

Breanna R.
“Bre is really good with animals, she has 2 dogs of her own that are trained really well! She's responsible and looks out for them and plays with any dog she sees!”
