About: Hi there! My name is Laura and I am a person with a huge heart for animals and have been my entire life! Most of my experience comes from my personal background of owning larger dogs in my family and on my own as an adult. I grew up with a yellow lab and now have a pitbull mix and a lab mix, so I am very familiar and skilled with handling large breeds and their exercise needs and behaviors. There are dogs of all sizes in my family and I feel very comfortable caring for and playing with pups of all sizes, too! I have brought both of my dogs to training courses and feel confident with handling various dog breeds. I bring a warm, welcoming personality which can help with animals that are more shy and are missing their parents. I take a nurturing and maternal approach with all pets to make sure that they know I can be trusted. I look forward to bonding with your beloved friends and being a Rover employee you can count on! I am a bit newer here on Rover (started in the summer of 2024), so that is why there are not that many reviews yet, but I do have great testimonials from friends and family which are included :) When taking care of your dog(s), I always make sure that they are in sight and either safely inside your home, in a fenced in yard or on a leash. I am vigilant about making sure any pets I take care of are always accounted for and never running loose on their own, as I treat your pups as I would treat my own. When it comes to house sitting, with all my clients I like to stay overnight at their home so they can feel at ease knowing their pets are being watched after and there is someone present to watch over their property while away.

About: I’ve grown up with both dogs and cats and I loved every second of it. And I can’t wait to take care of your animals too! I am not currently working so I have plenty of time to hangout with your pets! I am available to start anytime after noon or if need be earlier if requested. I don’t have a yard but I have a small grassed area that is not fenced in. But I have a lot of places to go for walks in the area.

About: My name is Corrie and I love animals, I have 2 cats, 2 dogs and 2 kids. They mean so much to me. I have a passion for caring for animals of all kinds. I love going for walks with my dogs. I have a big yard that's 2.5 acres and we roam around the whole thing. Some of it's long grass so I will check for ticks. I cut or file my own dogs nails as well and can offer that if needed depending how well the dog or cat does. I work full time but work from home some days of the week, Wednesdays and Fridays. We are available in evenings and weekends. Especially in the winter. We have a large yard. Most of the time we let the dogs out on a 50 foot leash for quick potty breaks. Rocky is allowed to roam a little. Otherwise we walk the dogs around the yard or neighborhood. Have a large crate when needed.

About: I am a responsible dog owner and have taken care of many cats. As an owner of a senior dog, I know that all we care about is giving our friends a happy and healthy life. Im currently looking into moving abroad to teach english, so I have a lot of free time to take care of your pet companion. I am available morning or late at night, whatever best suits your schedule. I would feel safest in an environment with a fenced in yard. My dogs were trained with an electric fence, therefore I do not want to bring other dogs here.

“Ashley did AMAZING!!! She was so good with our senior dog who has degenerative myelopathy. She came for a meet and greet and learned how to put our German Shepherd in her wheels and caught on fast. Samantha loved her right away. Ashley was great at communication and sent us photos of our girl. Ashley was super gentle and patient with Sam which is what she needs in this stage of life. About: I've had at least one dog in my home for all 21 years of my life, and I've also done dog sitting numerous times. I've trained puppies and cared for senior dogs as well! Im currently commuting to the University of Minnesota Twin cities, in which I have class Monday through Thursday every week! Although I have a couple classes a day, I would love to make time for your dogs! Although I do not have a fenced in yard, I have a huge yard and 2 other loving dogs to play with! About: I have experience with dogs 8 weeks - 14 years. I have extensive knowledge of senior dogs. I am less experienced in cat care, but I have had cats in the past, and have also house sat for friends who have 3. I am currently a college student, so I will be unavailable on Mondays. I also have a part time job from 8:30 am - 5 pm. I am available on weekends for dog sitting or after 5:30 pm weekdays. I would love to find out what type of exercise your pet needs.
