About: I’ve had dogs since I was a kid and also worked with all different types of dogs while working at a doggy day care. I learned there body language and behaviors I currently work part time and have plenty of time to spare and I just want to do something I love. More open on weekdays then weekends. When I bought my first house in 2019, I adopted a senior dog who was scheduled to be euthanized simply because her owner passed away and nobody else could take her. She inspired me to want to take care of senior babies who may have additional needs not everybody can manage. I have experience administering oral and topical medication (no needles) for both dogs and cats. Justin: I’ve had at least one dog in my life from the day I was born. From very social Springer Spaniels, to very shy Australian Shepards to our current Lab Gus and Eskie Sue. I’m capable of administering oral and topical medication for both dogs and cats. About: I currently have 2 dogs and 1 cat in my home and love Dachshunds. We also have a lab mix who loves to play with all dogs one of the doxies loves all dogs as well. They are both puppies still. We live on 5 wooded acres, and have a separate fenced area to let the dogs play. I have grown up with dogs my whole life and have also had a dog in my household. Dogs are more than just pets to me they are are family and I considered them my children. I will care for tour dogs as if they were my own and they will make a new friend while they stay over and play the weekend away! About: I have a bit more varied experience than some. When I was young, we had a veritable zoo, and I haven't stopped having animals since. I've never not had a dog and was made responsible for over 30 miniature horses whenever their owner needed it. I also have experience with ferrets, cats, parakeets, parrots, and lizards. I will say if you need to look after something more exotic (and demanding) we would need to talk first. My dog is also quite old and has a lot of health problems, so I am familiar with handling these. I work Mondays from 12-7 and Tuesdays through Thursday I work 10-4. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday I have mostly open availability with the exception that I occasionally have work events. Each animal is different, and so I would strive to find that balance with your dog. Every dog plays a bit different or might need their food handled differently. While I can't take animals into my home at the present, I will strive to be as careful with meeting their needs as I do my own pup at home.
