About: Ive been babysitting dogs for neighbors and friends since I was a kid. I’ve always felt more comfortable around dogs than people. Dogs bring so much joy to the world and I love how excited they get over everyday small things. I’m not working right now so I’m excited to help take care of your dogs (and cats) while you are away. I’ll have plenty of time to play with them and take them for walks. I have a senior cat who is 13 and sleeps most of the day. My parents have a 1.5 year old goldendoodle who is high energy and loves everyone. I would be interested primarily in walking dogs and taking care of dogs/cats in their homes. It may be possible to take care of some dogs in our home but only if they are able to stay with an energetic puppy.

About: I’ve had pets since a child, both cats and dogs. I’m a middle school math teacher, mother of 4 and grandmother of 5. Our family pets have passed in the past year and I am looking to pour my “pet love” into helping to care for other people’s fur babies! I’m currently a middle school teacher so I am available after 3 on weekdays, but I am fully available on weekends. Outside of teaching I prefer to dedicate my time to exercise, so what better way to do it than with a dog by my side! I am very good at working with whatever is best for your pets so if they need to be crated or have special instructions, I can certainly accommodate!

About: I’ve had dogs all of my life and started professionally pet sitting about 10 years ago when I retired. I have a fenced yard and can also walk your dogs throughout in my neighborhood if it’s under 50 lbs (for safety reasons). I’m 75 and am home during the day to cuddle your furry babies! Most days, I’ll go out to run errands or go to the gym. I like to take a walk in the morning by myself around my neighborhood. I’m at home the rest of the day usually unless I have an appointment. I have a fenced backyard and a screened in porch. I don’t require a crate for your dog or cat as long as they are potty trained.

I have extensive practical experience at a vet clinic, at ranches and my own pets. Let me love yours! Over 15 years experience with professional care, but 30+ with my own dogs. Majored in animal science in college with neuro-psych doctorate. I’ll bathe, clip nails, and brush. I have a large yard and safe places to walk. I work from home part time but ant an hospital part time. Sometimes (rarely though) I go away for the weekend to go camping and site seeing. Your babies are welcome to come. They will hike and smell fresh air also. If traveling together, I like to give them a safety harness so they are secure and safe in the car. When I’m home it’s unrestricted access and with your babies. When I work I work from 9-4 in JAX. It it’s flexible and I’ll pay to have someone let your guys out if we need a mid-day walk. I pay for my girl to get a walk. I go for walks multiple times a day. My pug is chill and doesn’t worry about other animals. I only feed dry dog food, but will do anything for your babes.

“I can’t say enough about how fabulous Katie was with our Rottweiler Rosie! I recently returned from a six day business trip to Atlanta and really was concerned about Rosie‘s care while I was gone. I’ve never left her with anyone for more than a couple of nights. When I met Katie I knew that Rosie would be in good hands & I was right. Katie was willing to come to our house and meet Rosie multiple times - so that we all were comfortable with my trip. She kept us informed with pictures and texts during the entire trip… but more than that this wasn’t just a job to Katie. Took care of Rosie and my house (because I had her stay at our home on the island) as good as I would’ve taken care of everything. I came home to a happy dog and a clean house! it was so incredibly refreshing and a wonderful overall experience having Katie in charge. I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again!”
