About: I’ve had dogs and cats all of my life and started professionally pet sitting about 10 years ago when I retired. I have a fenced yard and can also walk your dogs throughout in my neighborhood if it’s under 50 lbs (for safety reasons). I’m 75 and am home during the day to cuddle your furry babies! Most days, I’ll go out to run errands or go to the gym. I like to take a walk in the morning by myself around my neighborhood. I’m at home the rest of the day usually unless I have an appointment. I have a fenced backyard and a screened in porch. I don’t require a crate for your dog or cat as long as they are potty trained. If your dog is elderly or takes medication, please message me with details because high need animals are taken on a case by case basis.

About: I’ve had pets since a child, both cats and dogs. I’m a middle school math teacher, mother of 4 and grandmother of 5. Our family pets have passed in the past year and I am looking to pour my “pet love” into helping to care for other people’s fur babies! I’m currently a middle school teacher so I am available after 3 on weekdays, but I am fully available on weekends. Highly recommend!! We went away first a wedding for 3 days. When we got to Boston she called us to let us know the air conditioning broke. She stayed without ac and made sure the ac guy could get in. Took excellent care of the pets and sent pictures of them. Shekept the pets safe comfortable and we can't thank her enough!!!

Jacksonville, we did you a massive solid by giving this site another chance and running into Tayler. To be honest, I kind of hate writing this because I know she’s going to get booked up, but she is simply too good not to praise. After a string of terrible experiences with other sitters on Rover (ranging from no-shows to theft and all the in-betweens), we were ready to give up on this site entirely. Then came Tayler. What an immediate game-changer! From the moment she walked in for the meet-and-greet, our fur babies were absolutely drawn to her positive energy. We have quite the wild pack...from an overactive puppy, a sweet, lazy senior dog, and a sassy but loveable cat. Tayler accepted the challenge and handled them all in a way only a seasoned expert could. She watched them for a few days while we were out of town and did great. She followed every instruction to the letter, kept us updated with photos, and left our house cleaner than she found it. Katie is totally awesome and I would give her a 10 if allowed! Our fur baby loves her. She exercises her with walks, plays with her in the back yard and even chases her around the counter/hallway. She leaves Coco happy to have her here - so much so that Coco will look around the house after she has left hoping for her play pal. Cannot say enough good things about Katie. You will not go wrong to hire her to watch your pet and home.
Benjamin did a fantastic job with our three big dogs! Including my very territorial German Shepherd which was such a relief and weight off of my shoulders since the previous sitter could not handle him at all! Also keeping the yard and house tidy! Very much appreciated!!!!

She captured the most amazing photos that truly showed off each of their personalities — we loved seeing those come through. She was especially great with our puppy, maintaining his training and staying consistent with his routine, which meant so much to us.
