“RUN, don’t walk - to hire Tayler for all of your pet’s needs. I’ve had my fair share of lackluster dog sitters (even from this app, unfortunately) and Tayler goes above and beyond on every front. It started with the meet and greet - I have two anxious beagle girls who get a bit stressed with new people in the house. The moment she walked in, they were at ease, barely made a fuss and were asking for belly rubs within a few minutes (lol I swear pets can sense great energy.) Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
