About: I’ve had dogs and cats all of my life and started professionally pet sitting about 10 years ago when I retired. I have a fenced yard and can also walk your dogs throughout in my neighborhood if it’s under 50 lbs (for safety reasons). I’m 75 and am home during the day to cuddle your furry babies! Most days, I’ll go out to run errands or go to the gym. I like to take a walk in the morning by myself around my neighborhood. I’m at home the rest of the day usually unless I have an appointment. I have a fenced backyard and a screened in porch. I don’t require a crate for your dog or cat as long as they are potty trained. About: I’ve had pets since a child, both cats and dogs. I’m a middle school math teacher, mother of 4 and grandmother of 5. Our family pets have passed in the past year and I am looking to pour my “pet love” into helping to care for other people’s fur babies! I’m currently a middle school teacher so I am available after 3 on weekdays, but I am fully available on weekends. Outside of teaching I prefer to dedicate my time to exercise, so what better way to do it than with a dog by my side! We had a wonderful experience with Alex and would absolutely use her again. She stayed in our home with our dogs while we were out of town, gave them lots of attention and playtime, kept our home spotless, and even made our younger dog, who is usually very wary of new people, feel completely comfortable.
