About: I have owned dogs my entire life. I’m very attentive pet lover I enjoy spending time with animals, will play with, walk, feed, and care for your dog as if he or she is my own. I have dog sat for many friends and family members. Even got offered pets because of how well they seen me take care animals. I Have experience administering medicine, giving baths, nursing dogs back to health, training, and more. I’m very energetic and playful and will make sure your pet gets the proper exercise and burn off all that extra energy. I volunteer at the local animal shelter taking dogs on bow wow break out and fostering. I have 2 dogs stormy and koda. Stormy just turned a year old and koda is 6 months old very playful and loves other animals. We go on long walks in the park and on nearby trails. They love car rides and pup cups from Jermiah’s. I have two 4 year old cats Chloe, and Oliver that have their own room and kept separate from other animals when needed. I work from home overnight and I home school my 7 year old daughter so I’m home majority of the time outside of running errands. Morning feeding happen between 6 and 8am followed by yard play and then nap time. Pm feeding are usually between 4:30 pm and 6:30 pm followed by a little time to burn off steam or a walk before bedtime. I do let pets out to use the bathroom every 2 to 4 hours. Bowls and crates are washed and kept clean daily along with vacuuming the floors. Loving and caring for your pet as if it’s my own, long walks, supervised play time, separate feedings, time to decompress, pets will always be leashed or in a secure enclosed area. Pets are allowed on furniture. I will keep pet owners updated with pictures and videos throughout visit. Calls and text anytime day or night are welcome.

About: Hello. I am a lifelong dog owner and dog carer. I have owned a Brittany Spaniel, and a Shischon from puppy-stage through the end of their lives. Currently I care for a senior Lab and middle-aged German Shephard/Rotweiler mix, both belonging to my daughter who lives in Jacksonville with her husband and my 18-month old grand-son with another expected in November. I've been a Rover client and sitter off and on since 2018. I've not been active for almost 5 years during which time I've worked as a freelance researcher on almost a full-time basis. The demand for that work is shifting and I want to return to dog/house-sitting to supplement my income. I am comfortable walking, visiting and house-sitting small- and medium-size dogs, including senior dogs, and am experienced with giving medicine. I love to walk outside, grill, and sit beside a fire. I'm an SEC fan, so fall is my favorite time of year! I want to acknowledge the one negative client review regarding a client's senior dog. I was hired for drop-in visits . I let time get away from me for two visits. One of the things that Rover does well is notify dog owners know when their sitter/carer is onsite. The owner notified me when I did not arrive within a reasonable time of the scheduled time and I immediately went to the client site. The dog was fine but the owner was obviously alarmed and terminated the relationship. I take full responsibility for those lapses and they will not happen again. “RUN, don’t walk - to hire Tayler for all of your pet’s needs. I’ve had my fair share of lackluster dog sitters (even from this app, unfortunately) and Tayler goes above and beyond on every front. It started with the meet and greet - I have two anxious beagle girls who get a bit stressed with new people in the house. The moment she walked in, they were at ease, barely made a fuss and were asking for belly rubs within a few minutes (lol I swear pets can sense great energy.) Tayler stayed at our place for a few days while we were away and kept us very updated with walks, happy photos and with any questions she had about our place. I pet sit at your home, so I will follow the rules you have in place for taking care of your babies. I like to keep the same routine you have for your pets. My one request is that if you do not have a fenced in backyard, that you please leave a leash for the dog/dogs.

If I am watching your fur baby in your home I can guarantee all instructions will be followed and security strongly enforced to make sure your baby and home are respected (of course with some extra cuddles as well) 😊

About: If you are seeking the best home away from home experience for your pet than look no further. Here at our modern 4,500 square foot home on ½ acre your baby will become a member of our family. He or she has full access to anywhere in the house or backyard so long as they are in close proximity to family. At no point will your pet ever be alone without a human nearby. Your baby will receive one-on-one attention and to ensure this we will typically not take more than 3 dog families. All our four-legged guests are expected to curl next to us on the sofa or lay nearby on the cool tile while we watch television. They will sleep in cozy pet beds in our bedroom or if they prefer snuggle next to us in our beds. They will receive custom baked dog cookies, gourmet treats, or non-rawhide bones. Most importantly they will receive lots of stimulation, attention, and love. The lucky pets who get to stay with us have access to six members of the family. My husband, Joe, and I are retired and we have the time to dedicate to our guests. Joe generally spends more time with the larger dogs. He is ex-military and the dogs that prefer structure, discipline, and exercise gravitate to him. My kids call me “the pied-piper of dogs” and usually the smaller to middle sized dogs follow me around since I am the one who feeds them and provides long belly rubs and behind the ear scratches. My college-aged daughter lavishes her time on the puppies and typically whisks them away into her bedroom. My 16-year-old son spends many afternoons outside playing fetch with the dogs or wrestling with them in the family room. He takes our higher energy dogs for a 45-minute vigorous walk or run around the neighborhood if requested. My Aunt lives with us and she pitches in to make special meals for our finicky eaters or bake healthy treats. She is integral in keeping the house sanitized and tidy. Lastly is Bosley, our rambunctious Havanese pup, who is the boss. He helps let us know which pets we can accept as our guests. He can be playful but he spends more time napping or munching on his Nylabone. We have set up our pet sitting business to rival and compete with the well-known pet resorts in the area. Dogs can enter and exit the home/yard multiple times a day for no extra charge. The yard is fully-fenced with a shady pergola and a screened in lanai with a doggy door. On warm days we will fill up a small pool for our four-legged guests who enjoy the water. If your pet has over indulged and gotten very dirty we will provide a bath if he/she is cooperative. We take extra precautions to protect our dogs from trying to escape our home or backyard or chewing on things that they shouldn’t. If your dog has health issues or prefers not to be with any of our guests, I can accommodate him/her. There is a second family room upstairs and your dog can lounge while I watch television or complete some daily tasks on the computer. I do this often for our smaller or more sensitive pups. We never charge for extra play or cuddle time. I send multiple photos and videos of your babies everyday and in fact have scheduled FaceTime/WhatsApp calls for owners and their pets. We never crate any guest unless you specifically request it. They are not locked away in a concrete “suite” at night and extra charges will not apply if your pet needs to sleep alone in another room with one of us. If your pet needs that extra dose of personal attention and enjoys human interaction and a family setting we offer a unique experience that few can match. My husband and I are retired and can dedicate attention to our four-legged friends. In addition, my daughter, son, and Aunt all pitch in to help care and lavish attention on every one of our guests. We generally only care for pets in our home. There is always a member of the household watching the pets at all times and more often than not it is my husband or myself.
